Of course, if the auditor issue remains ... the closer they get to being suspended maybe?
Maybe that wouldn't be such a bad thing, get this total mess sorted once and for all, stop the constant decline,,and even possibly there is sone clause that works in their favour regarding Germany, ie leaving the contract, forcing a resolution, its been 2 years of talks and no agreement, essentially its a large part of the issue dragging this down.
Been trying to comprehend the mindset of cosmens, recently adding another 1 %, can only be three reasons, one he's sure its not money down the drain and just adding, two he's lowering his average, and three he's manoeuvring to be able to take Alsa for as little as possible if it goes into administration.
Question for anyone, if this went into administration, would the banks/ bond holders ensure that Alsa is sold for top dollar, therefore preventing it from going to him cheaply, despite his majority holding?
I've always felt that Cosmens is and has been the biggest obstacle for this company, almost being run as a private company.
