Regrettably, I got suckered in here a number of years ago so lost heavily. I am still holding those shares and did buy more a few months ago hoping that helium may deliver something back to me. Management may get lucky at which point I will sell out, I really don’t think they care too much as long as they can pull in the money from new placings, I hope I am proved wrong .

I would not be surprised to see another placing before Xmas, at for the course with these guys. When they have exhausted what they can in helium platings they will pivot again!

Simple, based on past lack of performance , investors have lack confidence in management’s ability to deliver. A dire need to see results!

After years of failure in oil and gas, having run out of investors to exploit they have now pivoted into helium. They may strike lucky and make a find but more than likely won’t. More important to management is to find a new bunch of investors to pay the school fees, likely next placing not far away!

£12m profit would imply revenue of £100+, incredibly optimistic given that they finished 2024 with less than £2m revenue.

MSMN failed miserably in oil and gas. Let us hope lessons have been learnt and that the pivot into helium will not just provide management with opportunities to exploit shareholders to satisfy their own ends. Exercise great caution.

Spud this may be the only option for shareholders to recover something from this ghastly situation. Probably much like yourself I invested here for IM and never had enthusiasm for JW or his shipbuilding ambitions. Nevertheless I do appreciate that he has upgraded the assets and prepared then to deliver for the future, including FSS. This was achieved with past government encouragement, they are now viable yards. Much of this upgrade work was done with shareholder funds and shareholders have never benefited financially. Under RD this is likely to become a fire sale of under valued assets which will suit political expediency and wipe out shareholders. If JW can take action to recover the situation which he created, then so be it.

Same old, same old. This was all supposed to be fully funded with no need yet more dilution to raise additional funding. Whilst Andy may claim that he has subscribed with his own money, he will no doubt be taking it back out to pay for the school fees!

I do not think it is uncertainty over the Trin acquisition that is keeping the price suppressed. Investors are staying away because they are far from convinced that TXP is capable of delivering a decent return.

GGG any delay does not cost Trin anything to, provided management sit on their hands and draw their unjustified salaries. As long as they don’t embark on a further ill conceived ventures, like Jscobin, the cash will keeps piling up.

Last placing was at 1.1p, those who took it up at the time must be confident, but at some point they will get their money back plus a premium.

Andy Carroll the main man has been there for at least 10 years. Always been a catalogue of delays and significantly falling short on delivery. Last few days experience not untypical .

I first took a small position here in 2014 when share price was 25p and 81,000,000 shares were on issue, MSMN valuation then £20m. Since then no value has been returned to shareholders who have just experienced massive dilution, to the point where there are now effectively 15 billion shares on issue, staggering!!! 156 times more shares than in 2014. There have been many false dawns, perhaps on this occasion, this is a real thing, but I fear more than likely not. I would recommend that investors tread very warily here. In the meantime, my heavily diluted holding sits in my portfolio as a constant reminder of an expensive lesson learned! Be under no illusion, first and foremost this is a company run to benefit management.
