A valid question would be.

Would investors who bought in over the last six months based on the company's published intentions to grow the company have done so if they had knowledge of the agreement with GT, that was not in line with the perceived future of the company. If a shareholder bought in the 12p range expecting the SP to increase significantly due to the BOD saying the company was undervalued whilst at the same time the BOD knew they were going to take 10p plus shares would those shareholders have a case for being misled by the company ?

It could be seen as withholding information that could affect the value of the company shares.

A good summation of how the BOD has regarded small shareholders throughout the history of this company, especially under Majid who comes across as entirely untrustworthy IMHO

Whilst this deal has been conducted in all likelihood legally it has demonstrated the contempt the Pi's are held in by the BOD and it should be brought to the attention of the court if at all possible.

If it wasn't for the vote that's a legal requirement I think the first us small fish would have known about would have been when the deal was signed off in court and we were forced to take what we were given.

Somebody managed to offload 1.5m today.

As has been stated already, this is an exploration company that has done little or no exploration in well over two years.

As far as BR is concerned, we all know the job's f*cked and no amount of stringing out a simple job like optimisation is going to make it better, if the copper price gets to $12k there are plenty of other discoveries that would be bought and put into production before BR.

Paying the man a £1m in for doing so little is frankly appalling.

I have read that Labour are going to tighten up the rules on AIM in an attempt to stop shysters using lifstyle companies to fleece PI's for their own ends.

I can't agree, Why would you put off drilling anything until you had access to all the licences, if indeed they are seperate accesses.

You would put in the first one, if indeed there is more than one, and starting drilling. Maybe if you have OCD you would wait until they were all ready to go but judging by the haphazard way CB goes about things I doubt that's the case.

What ever the case is, we don't know because the old toot hasn't bothered to tell us for his 2.5 big ones a week.

I doubt Majid has done bugger all about that, he knew in the first quarter he had a potential offer for the whole company, why would he put himself out ?

And if he very little intention of doing so, could that be construed as misleading the market ?
