Are we in a 10 week period now where the company can't issue an RNS that would significantly improve the SP after a Director buy ? Something they had prior knowledge of I mean.

The question is, where is the bottom ?

I'm looking to increase my holding by 30% to get my average down again but will it drop below 12p ? 11p ?

I've been caught before buying at where I thought was the bottom only for it to drop another 15-20%

I would appreciate what the more experienced/qualified posters on here think.

Anyone wanting to deramp this share has a lot of material to work with !

That director buy has changed my opinion !

He wouldn't buy if he was going to get diluted with a placing imminently I shouldn't think.

May stop the rot in the SP.

The Sp has been demolished because investors don't like shocks, a few months ago we had a rise in the dividend, investors bought in no doubt thinking what a good deal it was. Suddenly out of the blue their monthly cash injection not only halved but instead of getting the reduced amount in July, August etc it's bumped to sometime in Q3.

You can't pull the rug like that without consequences.

I'm also thinking the drop this morning is an indication of a dilution coming very shortly, it has all the hallmarks of one.

The SP opened at 1.20 and still is at 1.20, £6K traded, 508k shares traded, more sold than bought.
