That is exactly the figures I have put on the product if Med comes through phase 3, and there is an above average of this being the case. As I have quoted previously the company have been working with similar products and successfully progressed these. This product has already been derisked by previous trials already passed. ED is becoming a bigger problem all the time and could be sorted in many cases by just applying a gel. This could be a blockbuster.

On a separate note, Rhodi needs to be respected, he like me and many others has had his fingers burnt by trusting in the CEO of this company. The board are very lacklustre imo in looking after share holders interests. Rhodi described this share as a lifestyle company and up until now that is what it is. The CEO is being paid in the region of £250K a year , whilst long term shareholders have only lost money. Yet I still believe in the company as a whole, the board need to be challenged by shareholders and they in turn need to be forthright and far more communicative.

Yes Amanda, I would say possibly a tad punchy but could see that especially after a successful completion of phase 3.
I personally would go a little lower. This share is a no brainer!

Rhodi, Once again you are right, all down to the CEO , JB, but you do not answer the question. Med is in part 1 of phase 3 trials. If it proves positive for mild - moderate ED , what price would you put on it then? This is THE significant trial for Med. Are you saying that Parma’s will not be queuing up. Why are Lombard continuing to invest, they must see an end game as their average must be far above where it stands at the moment. Yes if Futura have to take it through part 2 of the phase 3 there will be another dilution or some form of raising money but the price will rocket if this stage if successful. You still state 20p, are you for real? The price now reflects the gross incompetence of management but in December this could I believe be long in the memory! What price then would you put on the stock??

Good post Rhodi, yet again I agree, JB has done much harm to the company and is far too thick skinned to show any remorse, but you have not touched on your quoted valuation of the company if the trials are a success even for mild to moderate sufferers of ED. Put aside your thoughts on management, the prospects for this drug will be HUGH and this particular drug is well positioned imho to become a multi-bagger. Your thoughts?

Rhodi, I am generally in agreement with you on a lot of what you say including your comments on the 17th December. But the problem I have is your consistent negativity towards the company as a whole. Management yes and particularly JB with his annual salary , however we all have to remember this is only a tiny company with about 14 employees which is dealing with the mine field of regulation yet it is producing great products and this for sure will boom on any positive news especially on Med.

How and where you get a maximum valuation of 20p from is beyond me and how you think brexit will interfere with this stock I also do not get. Even with a dilution of 68% this share will be at least 15 x where it is today if the results are good , IMHO and to be honest I believe it will advance well beyond that. You need to acknowledge where the company has got itself despite all the mistakes made. Management needs no more than to keep this trial on tack, nothing needs to be said now unless it has actually happened plus the pain relief gel could just be a massive added bonus.

Time to reinvest Rhodi and make your money back and a lot more! Don’t forget management have no more to do, it is all down to the trial now.

You guys are correct, total market manipulation with this share. I have been watching the buys & sells over the last 18 months and there is no doubt that this is taking place on a regular basis.

As stated this share could explode at any time if news comes through on the Med gel, it will be a blockbuster if the news is in any way positive. The company has some fantastic products with Med being the potential kingpin of all, a great R&D company with one of the worst management I have ever witnessed. Best they just keep their mouths shut and just let the Med gel do all the talking for itself.

This is my pick for 2019 , don’t think we will get any significant news until the end of the year , but plenty of time to fill your boots everyone. I believe it’s a case of either loosing your money or the making of a multi-bagger. The results up until now are all good , the company knows their product , this is the significant trial. A ridiculously low price which I believe strongly is going to make those with bottle rich.

Rhodi , I don’t believe we will have to wait until 2021 and as for 25p I also think you are way out. The key to Futura is Med and the key trial is part 1 of phase 3. The company have stated that the trial is on track if the news is positive on this even for the mild - moderate ED sufferers the price will rocket way above 25p , Even with the dilution this is the key test and drug for the company. ED is a huge market , I believe your valuation is way out both in value and time scale. IMO it is all about a year from now , the rewards will be way above where you are placing it in 2021.

Zwarttops, I do not think any peeps have lost track of the product line and yes JB deserves all the abuse that has been stated on here. Great RD company but the management of the company has been disgraceful. If as you have said you have bought and sold at the prices you say , good luck to you but due to decisions made by management CSD has been binned and we still have to wait nearly a year for for news on TPR & MED and yet the share price stands at under 6p after a 68% dilution. For all long term share holders they have been totally stitched up. The phase 3 trial is what it’s all about now, if it comes good well it will be priced way in excess of 25p as Rhodi states, but please do not assume you will be the only one buying in at this price. The only fly in the ointment with this company is JB himself.

I believe Morman made a great point two weeks ago in a post when he runs through the pension situation and age of James Barder. If this is true and I have no reason to disbelieve anything stated, it would be shocking if JB had not accepted a deal just waiting for an extra 50% increase in the offer. Then a matter of a few months later the shares are diluted by approximately 68%. Surely JB could not be holding out just for his pension gain, but when you look back over the years the mistakes made by the board are beyond belief.

Watching what has happened with the various products produced by FUM and why we find ourselves in the position we are over the last two years could Barder really have been holding out just for his own personal gain and yet not had the foresight of quiet how bad the dilution would be. To me it looks as though JB has far too much say/power on the board. Maybe the Chairman needs to become more vocal, anyway as Rhodi states I am sure Lombard will have more input in decisions made from here on in , all down to results now to see if we can finally get a multi bagger personally after the happenings over the years I hope that if successful we then sell the company rather than a licensing deal as I do not trust the board any longer.

Rhodi, I disagree with you, everyone is well aware of the carnage that has been caused in recent months by imo management, but one thing that JB has always stated is that the company is R&D and boy for a company of this size they sure have put together some fantastic products , which up till now have not been rewarded in a fashion that they deserve. Well if MED is in any way a success in these trials then the share price is going to rocket. You obviously think the same otherwise you would not state that you will be buying in September next year! This share is worth far in advance of where it is today, and some people are aware of this and are buying and will continue to buy from here on in. Don’t leave it too late Rhodi! And JB, please just keep us up to date with all good news only ONCE it has happened.

Looks like one of the previously larger share holders agrees with rhodi and is bailing out their stake on a daily basis. Obviously also had enough of JB and his jam tomorrow stories. Surprised they are getting out at these levels Let’s hope they have got it wrong. Must say JB has never addressed all the potential deals not coming to fruition other than saying it takes both parties to agree. There have been many calls on thr FUM chat rooms for JB to show some kind of allegence with long term share holders by also suffering some pain and reducing his enormous salary, but nothing. You’d even expect the chairman to have a word, if he has its fallen on deaf ears. As I have stated previously JB has a year to finally pull the rabbit out the hat and give share holders who retain their faith a pleasant Xmas 2019, otherwise it will be the demise of FUM imo.

Forget about JB for one moment, ask yourself a company with a product fully funded for part 1 of phase 3 trial @ 6.65p,! Really , think where this will be in just over a year if the results are in any way positive. Complete no brainier at this level and imo well above this level.

Rhodi, No one can argue with your observations over the last few months, I have to ask myself is this board of directors really as incompetent as it appears. Mistakes have been happening now for far too long with CSD now seemingly put out to grass at an enormous expense to share holders. We now have to wait until the middle of next year for an update on TPR and at least a further year from now on the make or break MED. would however companies like Lombard , Octopus , R A Lamb etc really be stomaching this debacle if there wasn’t an exceptional chance of a pot of gold at the end. Results upto date are pointing in the direction of at least the mild / moderate sufferers of ED being treated successfully with MED, this would result in a massive rise in the share price if it comes to fruition.

For sure the share will be dead for at least the next eight months as I see nothing to stimulate a rise. This is now all about a year from now and where the share price will be and the result of the phase 3 will define if this company has any future. With everything we know, I believe at this level the share price should be well in advance of today’s price. II would not want to be out at this price and as I see it the end game now has a year or so to run. Make or break!

Have to agree with you Martinelwick, the fact that Lombard have invested further funds is the one positive fact at present , along with this , the Primary bid was a success with approximately 70 million shares sold. This although at a massive discount has secured the companies future through to seeing the completion of phase 3 trials. (Have to say raising this money is what I believe the advisors were bought in for recently) so if I am right this has saved the company. I strongly believe that the phase 3 trials will be a success and the share price will rise well above anything we have previously seen with Futura, but we have been saved at a large price to pay. All thanks to the board and JB particularly.

Our CEO did not appear on Proactive this time and leaves it to Finance officer Angela, there was nothing new to get excited about other than the 1st enrolment for phase 3 trials. I cannot see how this share is going to move upwards in the next six months, this seems to be a never ending story with Futura, There imo is more likely hood of the price going down in the short term, as stated in a previous post recently no mention of CSD , the management are a total joke and I am in fact surprised that the large share holders are stomaching there incompitance.

There is a post yesterday 17.59 on ADVFN copied from 15 years ago. Not good reading and all this time JB is receiving his large salary. With the share price back then in the 70p mark and now reduced to a pittance at just 7p the question needs to be asked for who’s benefit Futura is being run. I hope shareholders going to the AGM ask searching questions pinning the board down as to where the end game lies and not to continue with what appears to be a fantastically paid benefit for Mr Barder and the board whilst share holders lay out yet more money. I think when phase 3 trials are delivered for Med (if positive) the company should be sold and the share holders rather than the board and particularly JB should receive the profit so we do not have more years of financing JB’s life style.

Just the beginning of good news, onwards and upwards from here on in. Let’s see the share price rise to levels where it belongs!

JB , please no more idle words, just bring home good news when it actually happens, we have a great British company here with outstanding products which has been trashed by meaningless words. Now we are fully funded for the phase 3 trials let’s get the show on the road.
