I was going to put exactly the same to posters, I also see it the way you do 90/10. I base this on previous results and all the safety data that we have been fed over the last year. We also for what it is worth have an 80% uptake on the Open Label study also Ken stating that he is sure Med will be commercialised. I have sensed a more bullish board since the start of 2019 and indeed I feel this year they have finally got their act together and not put a foot wrong.

On a negative note we know from last year , JB has not always been forthcoming with all the facts which led to the crash in the share price. I hope he’s learnt his lesson and the board aren’t hiding anything from us this year. Also the board choose to pay themselves £125k, this was an insult after what LTH had to endure. I have no doubt the company have worked incredibly hard and it shows with the web site, phase 3 on time and budget and along with the presentations. Previous experiences and outcomes with CSD and TPR will be beneficial when negotiating for Med

Anyway enough said we know it all, I feel the trial will show positive data , if all I have said above is true, it is a question of how positive that will reflect where the share price will be after results.

Good posts guys and very fair, do not see it as ramping at all , summarised all very well indeed. Unfortunately we are still witnessing the 7p dilution having a negative effect on the share price with holders now releasing them at a 3-400% profit. I do however feel this will come to an end and the share price will rise into results.

This is secondary though as you point out , it is how great the results are that matters , as they are so close to being revealed.

I didn’t agree with everything he said but we need a to have and consider all points and aspects in order to come to the right conclusion. Saying you are 100% confident doesn’t help anyone either, even if it is a roaring success.

Then we also witness the confidence of Ken, who along with the other members of Futura were in daily dialogue with the sixty centres every day throughout the trial , plus there must now be more information flowing through from the Open Ended Study using the 0.6% having been going on for weeks now. Add on to this the famous Punchy Numbers , which we know discussions have taken place. If all the questions that were put to Futura at that point are answered with positive data on mild ED and if there is also positive data on the moderate ED. It will then be Boom!

In my opinion Ken knows the results are going to be positive and is already thinking ahead to the next stage.

I am intrigued, do you actually own any shares in Futura, have you had your fingers burnt and have a vendetta against the company or even James Barder. The fact that Brains 007 pointed out that this past month all your 27 posts have been written on FUM is a worry. If I am not correct in any of my suggestions above , maybe you could share with us your obsession with the company. I am sure there will be many posters who could recommend where you might receive some help if we actually know your issues.

If your comments are true this evening, that means that JB managing director of FUM has been going on Proactive and lying regarding interest and monies regarding Med , is that correct and what you are implying?

Exactly , all this plays well along with JBs latest interview when he indicates that part two will start late end of Q1 or beginning of Q2. Time enough to get the money in place. If we are correct and funding isn’t raised before results it is exactly why Yesman is saying the share price will rise in expectation of good/great results , then the company can raise the cash they need!

If the board look to have a dilution any time soon prior to results, it would surely be a sign that expectant results are not likely to be good. Especially as the board have stated they are funded to June next year. In my eyes it would show a sign of desperation. Let’s hope your wrong Zwartkops.

I cannot dispute most of what you are saying especially the directors bonuses which stick in the throat after the dilution.

Where I disagree with you is the whole crux of the issue, placebo. 0.2% has already shown to be effective above placebo, now phase 3, doubles and triples the GTN dosage. On what basis and for what reason are you mentioning the Placebo effect after previous trial results? As I have stated over the next two months nothing , I repeat nothing matters other than the results. There after we can discuss further raising of money, if in fact it is even required. Nothing has changed from July when the price stood at 47p, now we have posters like yourself trying to frighten investors and making them sell.

Posters are banging on about dilution, may not be needed at all! Viagra, a good and effective Med will decimate that! Budget costs or advertising/ promotion, I believe MED will be a total blockbuster spread all over the media if results are good. You guys are just trying to kill the price in order to then buy in cheaply at other investors expense.

I have one further comment and that is regarding a well respected poster on another site who has deemed it in his right to rate FUM/MED. out of 10. One day he rated it as 3 the following day he returned and reduced the chance to 2. I do not know what happened in the 24hours for him to reduce but he is evaluating his numbers on dilution and management. This when Librium have rated so much higher. At least this person is generally upfront and knowledgeable, but I believe all these comments being banded about have little foundation other than to reduce the price before buying in. Shocking, almost as bad as the rampers who give it 100% chance and come up with eye watering numbers of how much it could be worth.

Med has a great chance of good results based on previous trials, further knowledge now divulged on safety, (that I have previously been concerned about) must endorse this chance. We are all aware it is a trial and anything can happen but please keep everything in context.

All that matters at present is RESULTS. Nothing else is an issue at this present time.

I completely concur with your views on Rhodi, he has been a long time poster on FUM but became disillusioned by JB/management in 2018 , and understandably so. I was surprised at his post the other day regarding Dragons Den. Totally uncalled for and has no reference to MED whatsoever. People seem to want failure which is something way beyond me, even when I have mistimed a share and it rockets I am pleased for the shareholders as we all know how hard it is to time these investments.

With around two months to go, all that matters is the trial results, Tim will bring us up to date at the conference regarding safety , he spoke well in February and obviously knows the product inside out like Ken. With everything we have been fed news and effects of safety appears to be very positive, we will know more around the 24th. If I am right in what I say it should be a question of just how good the 0.4 & 0.6 work. If I have one concern it is if JB and the board can be trusted on what they divulge. In JBs latest Proactive interview, he seems to indicate that he knows more than is being divulged but due to it being double blinded feels it inappropriate to comment on the 80% electing to stay on the trial. After the Punchy Numbers then six months later discovering that pharma required further clarification on data who knows what inappropriate may mean!

Any way I am backing the board putting my money where my mouth is. Fully funded until June 20, I would be angry if this is not the case after phase 3 being bought in on time and budget and the directors paying bonuses of £125K to themselves.

I have no time for nonsense negativity on these chat rooms only structured debate. The company have done a remarkable job getting to where they are today just need good / great data and we will be making great money.

Not worried having to raise funds if data is good for part 2, hope also that the company employ outside help to conclude the deal if needed.
