Eris did protect/ring-fence Loch Tay for a reason, and €58.5m a year EBITDA is more than sufficient current GP for a company mining lithium, which will only become more scarce and therefore more valuable in the future. And I'd rather have shares in a German lithium company than a Chinese one.

Depending on the Zinnwald SP it could be a massive immediate profit/gift to shareholders, [in other words, the more shares I leave with Eris today, the greater the potential profit for me from Zinnwald], but for me it's a trade-off with considering how much of my stake in Eris do I want to have locked in while it is unlisted, and how long will it be before Eris return.

I was thinking about GGP’s Tasmanian Firetower project being overshadowed by Havieron and how it would be nice to have an update on Firetower, given that back on 28th January 2020 GH had this to say about it;

“By confirming continuity of mineralisation over an extensive strike length of more than 200 metres, we have successfully moved the project up the value curve.
We are also particularly pleased that our first drill program at Firetower East has now clearly demonstrated the potential for a VHMS (volcanic hosted massive sulphide) system.
The intersection of new base metal and gold mineralisation 500 metres east of Firetower has immediately created prospective new target zones between and along strike from the two prospects.
The results act as further evidence of the strength of our portfolio and provide us with well-defined parameters for further exploration at the Firetower and Firetower East prospects."

So, researching further on Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide Systems, I came across this webpage by a Canadian mining corp called Foran Mining. https://www.visualcapitalist.com/everything-you-need-to-know-on-vms-deposits/

I found their world map of current and future VMS deposits interesting. The future VMS deposits seem to be mostly along tectonic ridges under the seas and oceans, so mining technology in the long-term future may have to change.

Look at the west and east coasts of Australia, though. It’s like somebody just joined all the dots.

Going back to Firetower, GGP apparently said it potentially has one million ozs of gold. At a rough price today, that would be circa $1,921,000,000. ($1.9 Billion).
