Ok ok GGP is a great investment we get it.

But the market is entirely unemotional and as the share price drifts lower but by bit as is happening in real time there may be an opportunity to buy at little more than the listing price. I’ve made emotional errors jumping in Friday and again this morning but the savvy may well pick up loads at 16 or near to it within the next two days.

By be adding £15,000 in high 17s on Friday - got a bit carried away never mind.

I can’t think of a single possible reason.

Hopefully our sofas from DFS will be a thing of the past!!

That’s what one earlier post predicted and of course it’s eminently feasible. Lots put off by current market cap which in terms of AIM share looks eye watering. I’m really tempted to but more at current price having missed most of the increase. Decisions

Ah ok - mine are 31 and 29 and think I’m share obsessed. It’s a common theme clearly. It’s not even about the gains for me - more proof to myself that it’s something I can succeed in. Might sound a little sad!

Couch investor and Parkev are two excellent analysts who post on YouTube for motley fool. Why that want to associate with MF I agree is a contradiction but money talks!

That’s a little unfair. There are one or two excellent Motley contributors - they are an extremely disparate bunch and there is no single adjective that fits!

Is there any consequence to understating the closing price? Just corrects next trading day surely. Is this the abuse referred to?

I’d forgotten all about these after TILS delisting and was pleasantly surprised to see the price yesterday. How easy are they to buy? When I tried to sell thru IG a while back they said by phone only and £50 fee.

Nothing more. So we are still heavily dependant on the final book build price. Were it to surprise everyone with a 12.5p conclusion there would be a sharp price contraction. It may be unlikely but worth having some cash on the sidelines to exploit that scenario.

I’d wait a bit - fall not over yet!

No shytte Sherlock! Why did Rolls Royce bother with all that R&D spend - it was just to expensive in hindsight!

Will we ever know what sparked this surge at this specific moment? Must be demand for the book build. No other reasonable explanation.
