Over subscribed by the institutions?

Well well well a fundraise actually at the prevailing price not at a damaging discount. This is one of those rare occasions that participating in the offer is the right thing to do rather than buying more on the open market. Assuming one believes in the company’s future of course. We knew the fundraise was coming hence recent share price weakness. This is the catalyst needed to propel the company towards a most lucrative future. As the RNS says “scalability” is going to be very rewarding for shareholders.

When do you buy a quality company shares?

1. When times are good and FOMO is all the rage or

2. When short term macro economics are against you and the lemmings have jumped ship.

Not too easy to see how the rational investor makes money over time!

They sold shares to raise enough cash to exercise options to buy more. Just usual pigs in the trough behaviour that AIM directors reward themselves with.

I notice it’s up to €1.10

From this mornings RNS which bizarrely states that rather than £1.0m of treasury purchased shares the actual figure is negligible. This raises two crucial questions.

1. If the intention is to buy back £1m of stock why wait for a higher price and

2. Who purchased the hundreds of thousands of shares last week and why did it not move the share price!!

The old adage third time lucky is most apt here. We’ve had the two share price surges and back to square one before we go again for a third time. Many will look back at today’s price with envy in years to come.

Totally a waste of life!!

Bit early this morning as price continued to drop BUT for all the naysayers this is 10p for all negativity built into the price. Happy to sit this one out now!

Just picked up those 3 x 500 trades to keep the buy price at 232. Will continue to add small buys.

So a director can buy shares if they expect to sign a contract within certain parameters.

So after the intrigue of the past week what will this week bring? On the back of a chunky director buy and a considerable buy volume generally- way in excess of the publicized £1m share buy backs - it seems hard to believe the share price isn’t going higher short term. The sells, albeit few and far between, saw their prices steadily increasing to nearly 230 whilst buy prices stayed at 232 apart from minor book balances. So we have a tiny spread and surely not much left at 232.

Very tempted to make further purchases tomorrow morning. Have a good feeling about this one!
