Not sure JPM would offer a credit line of 3bn without having the half billion non senior debt nailed down, not saying it has to be completely upfront, can be a number of financial vehicles, but it would have to work for them, fairly sure it is JPM,fairly sure it's as good as done, not so sure where I stand in the great scheme of things, get comfort from the fact that a major part of the shareholder base live in Yorkshire, CF lives in Yorkshire, he'll know by now the qualities of these people, they wouldn't take kindly to being shafted, not long now. Regards Jesse
One of my latent fears is that IB is on the right track , I don't like the idea of it but the way this company has been viewed and treated from its inception by really big business gives me cause for concern, without PI's , 85000 of them BTW this company wouldn't have got off the ground or would have been swallowed up in its infancy, dark forces out there IMO. Jesse
Thanks for the post or C/P, great piece, thanks again Chris, regards Jesse
Everything you say is pretty much correct, I bought shares in a company prospecting adavale NSW later to merge with York Potash ( reverse with U.K. listing ) calling itself Sirius Minerals, pretty sure my original share certificate said Sirius Exploration , prior to merger , bloody long time ago :-) Regards Jesse
Hi brad,I think you will find there are quite a few pi,s who owned shares in Sirius exploration prior to the tie up with CF and York Potash, me being one of them, the company had a few “off the wall”ideas prior to polyhalite and Mr Fraser, I’m glad I stuck around, but it’s been a lot longer haul than I first imagined, good luck everybody. Jesse
I'd like to think you are correct in your assumption reference being in the driving seat with regards to financing, IMO we have never, since day 1 of this project been in a position to call the shots, a quick glance through the share register wil give an overview as to how major finance view this project to date, but it looks like this may be changing... one man to thank ... Chris Fraser Good luck everyone. Jesse
Suffice to say, I don't know how the $4-600m will be funded, probably an element of dilution or possibly a deal of some sort with say ADM or who knows? Maybe keytrade? Guess we'll know soon enough Jesse
Of course it's sorted Jan, has to be prior to the main deal. Which I am hoping will be 100% debt , I see no reason why it shouldn't be , I also think we are fortunate to have a BOD with the quality and integrity of a top FT100 company, this is one hell of a project, i get blown away sometimes by the sheer enormity of it .... not long now. Regards Jesse
Don't discount tomorrow after hours, and it might not please everyone, a long weekend to absorb and accept, still it will end the uncertainty. Regards Jesse
If you can be bothered to check my posts you will find it's an expression i rarely use, if you read his posts you will see his agenda ..... but then you already know that. :-) Cheers Jesse
Jog on , you haven't a clue, or do a little research before you come on here. :-) Jesse
Yes, after hours Thursday, time for everyone to digest the deal favourable or otherwise, I think the mine will be built, not sure at what cost to the little guy, I'm hopeful the BOD will appreciate the PI's early imput without which this monster project may not have got off the ground ( or under the ground) GLA LTA's. Jesse
And good luck to you too, of course it was nuanced, just his view, you didn't seem too negative about HUR , probably just your view on the matter :-). Jesse
No doomsday scenario for me. This could be funded by Thursday afternoon, after that do you think the boys from Tel Aviv are going to let us eat their lunch?..... no me neither, we'll see. Regards Jesse
Hi vyrnwy , fairly straight forward article , always gives me cause for thought when you read how that article can be re interpreted, funny old world, PS used to get my water from you, now it's Bala Regards Jesse
Historically penny shares are a lot more volatile creating greater percentage swings, giving you more bangs for your buck...... But then you knew that didn't you. :-) Regards Jesse
I'll go with a blue finish, steady as she goes, ......and go she will..... regards Jesse
Rinse and repeat? Jesse
With you on that one , I'm sick to death of the whole navel gazing Westminster motley crew, never has this nation been so badly served Regards Jesse
He's good for GK, and that's about it, Sheps 8 is correct On the fact that he cannot be taken on face value, we are about to be tested, trust no-one, having said that he knows his way around this business, just remember to take a large pinch of chloride when reading his posts Regards Jesse
