A Solid nuts and bolts observation, can tell you a lot more than market movements, thanks jack. Regards Jesse
This is one of the UK,s biggest projects for years, leaks if any don't have to come out of scarbados, but being in Yorkshire I think some do, they like an edge in Yorkshire, and any way they can get it they will. :-) Regards Jesse
If there is irregular heavy trading it's possible that nearer the time they may suspend at lunch time and announce after hours, I think I remember it happening before. It's a mega moment in this company's journey, going to be difficult to keep a lid on it Regards Jesse
Quite right chilting, to have one of the worlds majors in the vanguard promoting the only product we will be producing for the foreseeable future, and when you consider their established international footprint, it can only be a good thing for Sirius, we all know what went on but that was then and this is now. Regards Jesse
Tricky, this is a crucial moment in this companies journey, there is no way anybody is or should get relevant information at this point in time, sorry for being overly rude but I get ****ed off with some of the stuff people post patience is the key with this share Jesse
Agreed chriskies, total codswallop, very little between the ears, jog on, thicko Jesse
60mn shares traded, ISA's?...major torp ?announcement with say, keytrade?... good quarterly report in the offing? Or funding announcement imminent? Either way IMO 60mn shares traded in one day is way beyond the norm....funny old day. :-) Regards Jesse
Hmmm, a one post... I wonder if that's code for something or other :-). Jesse
Don't know what to say, apart from FANTASTIC! !! I couldn't begin to get through all the planning and regulatory jargon you do with consummate ease, thanks again. Jesse
No , of course not, we were discussing the original funding plan, it's also possible that CF came to the conclusion that this government couldn't run a bath and with the projected increase in fertiliser prices and the fact that Sirius has proved the market for its product other less "messy" funding has become available, PS my original post was basically to agree with a previous poster that I wasn't too concerned about the current short positions Regards Jesse
OR underwrite the second tranche of finance if required, correct, but on 22 January this year the MLAs decided to alter the two stage funding to 3 tranches, with the IPA underwriting the final stage if and only if necessary, that's my understanding, of course I may have interpreted it incorrectly Regards Jesse
Good summary, that's about the long and short of it( geddit? ) i also think s2 is sorted, the MLA's may have been the right path to go down in 2016, but things have moved a fair bit ref.derisking , successful crop trials etc, also banks moving the goalposts in January, government IPA reduced from 50%to33% and only as a last resort, there is also credible talk of the product being worth up to$230 a tonne, from a lenders point of view "what's not to like?" Regards Jesse
Leonard Keith Hyman, his boat was named MV vulganus.....no early onset dementia here......or late for that matter. :-) Regards Jesse
It's sunny in north Wales too, I'm renovating a classic American offshore speedboat outside in the sun humming "we're in the money" as well as counting my blessings, not a bad life when the sun shines. :-) Regards Jesse
No Myo, not controversial, it's called pragmatism, we need to move on. Regards Jesse. :-)
Speculate.... hmmm, why don't we just wait? It'll be soon enough. :-). Jesse
Yes solicitous, pretty cock sure, I've read and re-read that RNS and the only conclusion I can come to is that senior and non senior debt is 95%sorted if it isn't we can expect a major shock SP wise, I think it will happen with a possible lift in share price to somewhere in the region of 40/50p Regards Jesse
Chilting, far too sensible an idea for the government to even consider it , besides its not London centric and it won't necessarily keep them in power so they don't really give a toss, why do you think Chris Fraser jumped ship on the finance? The government and the bankers moved the goalposts with their January 22nd statement, The banks would have screwed us and next to no help from the government, I hope Chris pulls it off, he's done it before with fortesque Here's hoping. ATB. Jesse
Your opinion is spot on cranleigh, when the government and the lenders move the goalposts it presented a valid opportunity to look elsewhere, 2 years with the MLAs , you will note the RNS states in the final sentence the new backers are FINALISING due diligence, the new people have had the relevant information since at least 22nd of January this year, good on yer Chris Think we might be ahead of the game ATB Jesse
A bit long winded casa, surely it was ever thus? Natural progression, just the way of things. Regards Jesse
