The passage of time and continued drilling and development of the decline will solve all issues here. Our BoD and that of NCM will take care of the latter and as for time - that will go quicker in reality than many of us will ultimately like!

I think that you hit the nail on the head bunion when you mentioned 'traders'. Investors on the other hand should seriously look at this stock with a view to an 18 month (maybe less) holding - the potential for serious multi bagging in that time frame is huge in my view. Looking forward the new / revitalised website and progress news over the coming months. In the meantime I am not going to let short term SP movements dampen my view - let the traders do what traders do.

I particularly liked the reference to the mood in the courtyard and visuals of the cores pre-assay - it conjures a picture of glistening rods of ore in the sunlight. Of course this is from SD's recent visit and presumably we are several weeks from getting the assays back and confirmation of the mineralisation. The fact that the rigs are all still in place speaks volumes.

I think that on an individual basis, very few people do not believe that Hav will be mined. SD gave an insight into the governance world of investors as well as corporate mining governance when he was talking about the methodical stages that need to be fully understood and documented. That discipline can be extremely frustrating especially in an exploration environment, where the excitement of discovery and riches is the driving force for the activity and we want the SP to replicate our excitement and optimism - HOWEVER - that discipline of going through the stages is entrenched in most corporate activities these days and is there for good reason - for transparency, certainty and to protect investors, the environment and in this case, the local population. These are the documents and stages that II"s will look to and reference in their investment committees and as has been highlighted this morning - the GREEN gold and copper aspect is going to go down extremely well in the future.
So as frustrating as it is for these hurdles to be in place - they are there for a reason and sustainability is at the heart of that reason. Remember we are still going at an amazing pace and in the meantime, the current share price simply presents further time and opportunity to top up or get on board if you are not already.

I liken the SP and one's attitude to it a little like the Doppler effect - it depends on where you and whether you are moving in relation to the object (sound / light ) as to how this appears to you. It is a great piece of science and proves that more that one view and interpretation can be correct for a given event at any one time. Some will see blue and some will see red and the underlying facts of the object in motion is correct for both observers.
So turning that science to the SP - and whether you are currently underwater or in profit only depends on your buy-in price and relation to the current price. The underlying motion / acitvity of the project is unquestionably positive and going in the right direction to add value and in my view will surpass any previous high by a significant margin, given time (the big unknown).
Lots of wasted time and effort can be spent arguing whether a colour is red or blue - it is likely be both at the same time depending quiet literally on your point of view and direction of travel.

I would have thought complete control and complete ownership are 2 different things. As an eventual 70 / 75% owner of Hav wouldn't NC have complete control in any event? I guess it comes down to the terms of the deal which I do not think have been disclosed to that degree. If NC do want to purchase Hav outright again I presume that the size of the deposit would have had to been established fully and by that stage it would be anyone's guess as to where the POG was and the outlook for global inflation (and impact on POG) as well as copper demand on the back of EV's and required infrastructure changes as a result of global warming. So many imponderables at the moment which to my mind point to a continued JV into mining production. Just my view as things stand for what it is worth.

SP just dropped temporarily to 19.00 based on 1.4K sell - smacks of MM attempts looking to trigger stop losses - and why would they do that......?

I am admittedly plucking figures out of the air but in my mind a ten bagger here (£150M m/c) is not out of the question in a couple of years if they prove up the resource they believe is in the ground. I am happy to wait to see what transpires!

Decimal points in the wrong place is a very basic error admittedly and I wonder whether they see the irony (I know they won't) in the sentence:
"Until the pre-feasibility study is completed, investors should thus hold off from making any investment decisions."
Taking no action now is an investment decision - i.e. not to invest. I believe that in months and years to come, hindsight will show this to have been an overly cautious and costly investment decision if the advice is followed. Just my biased opinion based on years of hanging onto the coat tails of great researchers on this BB.
