Great question Googoosh re Blackberry - look it up - they focused on the past and ignored tomorrow - suggest you listen to the interview - the CTO actually addresses that very point - he talks about listening to the customer, otherwise you are just an inventor building something for yourself.

Question : And for those trying to understand the corporate structure, how does the defense technologies partnership sit between defense holding and Whitespace? Who's responsible for doing what?

Answer: Great question about Whitespace. So probably let me break it into two. So the journey Whitespace is on and it's been very public about it. It's building out a collective operating system, all AI, specifically for defense. First of its kind, never done before. And if you know the history of an operating system, it's always broken into three phases.

Phase one is anybody who owns an operating system, we saw with Apple or Google or Microsoft, they tend to build their own applications. So you've got your Word, you've got Excel, Mail, Safari, Chrome, because when you turn on an operating system, you want to have that experience that that person who built the operating system

wants you to have. The second phase, which is... are which is what we're working with white space as defense technology is when you build an operating system the next stage is to work with trusted partners to build more applications outside of your own core once and that's where defense technology sits really nicely so that's the partnership between white space and defense holdings where we're building applications together to sit on side this operating system and that allows us to deploy because Whitespace is already implementing this inside of Defence. And then, I don't know if they're going to love me or not, but the third phase of any operating system, and it will be the same with Whitespace, is that you can open it to a developer community to allow them to build applications. And that's going to be very exciting for Whitespace, as well as Defence Holdings, because what that means is small companies and other people that are building

applications where it would normally take a lot of time and a lot of resource to try and bring it into defense hopefully can do that quickly by having that relationship

Oh yes - and now someone else looks like that they are going to steal the family jewels because the door has been left open ..... but please give me the benefit of your wisdom - lets start with the GMI funding that was promised and what happened to that - or the 500K from the German - mmmmm wonder what that money has been used for?? Please share your thoughts

Better to have no prospect of income from Kili rather than some revenue in the future?

I have checked my alarm - still set for December - back to my cave in the meantime.

Read the recent RNSs carefully - look for some substance - some kind of certainty - good luck!

I can't help but feel that these pieces of news are layers of distraction from the Kili issue and that the BoD dropped the ball in taking forward a deal that would ultimately see us having a definite revenue stream at some point in the future.

Also ask yourself - where is the GMI funding that was promised? Lets get into the meat of the issues rather than talk about shares being issues in a suspended company.

The BoD have been asleep at the wheel in terms of due diligence and focusing on real and certain cash generating activity. I appreciate that they inherited a poor hand of cards - but throwing away your one ace was not the way to play the hand.

This feels like a Hail Mary distraction to the real question that needs answering which is - why did the company reject a deal to go into a JV to get Kili up and producing? As it stands it no longer appears we have the Kili licence, despite Jevin posting on the TG group that there is an issue with the Cadastra records. Also what happened to the promised GMI funds and how have the first tranch of 500k been used? Ask the BoD for answers! In terms of yesterday’s RNS - in the face of a desperate situation, we will all try and grab at straws of hope - but given they did not undertake due diligence on the GMI claims……

Surely our focus is on the expectation of near term news and hopefully the commencement of monetisation?

For anyone interested in knowing what Russia is up to on our doorstep

My two pence for what it’s worth. There is a a whole spectrum of AI related stocks out there - just like cryptos - some will capture public imagination in terms of being able to monetise and many will fall be the wayside. But to my way of thinking, monetisation here is not about fads or capturing the publics eye, it’s about delivering on a threat to national security and delivering to need rather than creating demand. We are developing in a war footing timeline and military planning bringing brought into play - I doubt the company entertains talking forums that some of us are subjected to in other commercial environments.

Charles Archer wrote a very insightful piece the other day. This is not risk free but I’m in for the ride.

Let’s see what the SP is by the end of the year - not so far away.
