Jason will be fully aware that if the RNS does not deliver the goods and then some, that future credibility will be every dented - personally I don't think that he would gamble at this stage with losing investor confidence - sentiment is everything in this game and the wind is in their sails at the moment.

That would make sense bunion in terms of the website. Pity we are having to read between the lines but you have given us a big ray of sunlight this morning for encouragement.

I guess it is debatable whether this broke confidentiality rules given we all knew that the forecast deadline of circa 6 months contained within the rns is fast approaching. All we are being told is there is nothing new such as the deal somehow becoming unrailed. So great news but actually no news.

Latest purchase paid 1.39 .......understandable given the potential here and strength with the management team.

Lots to think about here and the potential is fantastic.
Remember that this is already a cash generating company looking to expand greatly, produce more in an efficient manner, with a social conscience generating local jobs and moving forwarders generating divs in a couple of years. Amazing progress and directors with skin in the game meaning shareholders should be well rewarded.

So many positive takeaways from last night webinars. Looking forward to the coming weeks and news that will be dropping. This BoD is clearly on a mission and the speed at which they are looking to expand is very impressive. I particularly like their approach of targeted acquisition via shares rather than cash and with a clear focus on production and cash generation in near term from the acquisitions. I am happy to be in on the ground floor here. With current fair value at over 3p now there is amazing opportunity in a relatively short time frame and of course as for the next few years - well!

As an observation and in the main, when purchases are made, they are in the £K's. Draw you own conclusions on that one. The SP does move on relatively small volume it seems.

I suspect a reflection of hope at this stage Mickey given the relatively low values involved - but hey, isn't hope why we are all here!

Ronald you seem to be fixated on AB but no mention of the likes of Colin Patterson, CEO with over 40 years of mining experience. I think it is important to tell the whole story and not pick out items in isolation to fit a narrative. You will see that in my posts I am critical of the comms for example but I try and understand the full picture to arrive at a considered risk/reward investment decision. Time will tell whether I made the right call or not here of course.

Ronald - you do know why the price is languishing at the moment don't you and it has nothin to do with the asset or potential. It is because this is under the radar for most investors and unfortunately we have been contending with Covid delays. The gold is still there and the world still wants gold. The underlying asset is not a fad or fashion item that is going to be replaced by something else or go out of vogue. The price of gold is very likely to rise over the next 18 months given world economics and we have a low cost of extraction.
Can you answer my question please as to why you continue to be interested here if you have such a downer on the stock?

he Company has engaged Hill Dickinson LLP to prepare the Prospectus for the issuance of the remaining shares due to Southern Gold. This process will take up to six months and Aidan Bishop will lead this process for the Company.
So I am taking a worst case scenario of mid Jan plus a couple more weeks to account to Christmas and New Year taking us to end of Jan potentially. This stock has taught me to manage my own expectations. Good job I have an abundance of patience..

I guess we have 2 camps here Ronald, those with glasses half full and those that seem to have dropped and smashed theirs. The question I keep asking myself is why do posters such as yourself continue to post here if you are not invested and believe there is opportunity here? I have asked the question from time to time but no one has ever given a reason, let alone one that makes sense to me? This share is so under the radar and there are so few posters here, that you must realise that you are not going to change minds here, so just what motivates you?
For balance I am frustrated at the lack of progress on certain aspects such as the website and wish that this could be sorted. The possible explanation of course would be waiting for additional content such as the prospectus which could be referenced. Time will tell and not too much time either in the grand scheme of things.

Positive reaction to the SP today - that is the important thing at the moment.
