Of course you are entitled to your opinion Bebeto - exchanges of views are what these boards are for. You seem to be overly negative at times though - just my opinion. In terms of acquisitions - in my opinion it would probably stretch the current managerial team too far / no doubt any acquisition would require optimising at cost. Lets get the foundations strong in our current guise and be in a strong position to absorb new mines in the future when we have a steady optimised cashflow stream. Running before walking is like over trading - the downfall of many a company.

Bebeto - no disrespect but you must be a hoot at parties with your positive demeanour and you must be constantly heading to the bar with your glass half empty!
The balance sheet is fine and will grow with exploration updates - the key for me in the short term is the P&L and of course that is dictated by process capacity and this is being addressed.
I trust Robbie and the team to deliver for shareholders personally.

The interview last night concluded with the Panther CEO predicting POG at $2300 in 2023 - it wasn't substantiated to any degree but it did get me thinking on the back of all the news regarding central banks loading up on gold on a global scale.
So just playing with numbers and lets say POG increases from 1620 (today) to 1900 - a rise of circa 17%. Lets also assume that our current AISC is $1200 p/oz because of inflation (GP = $420 p/oz) and increases further next year to $1250 again because of inflation (insert your own numbers) - GP next year based on above numbers would be $650 p/oz or a circa 54% rise. I am sure that you can chose sets of numbers that will make my thesis look silly but I like the potential leveraged positive impact on POG increases. Naturally the converse applies when POG falls.
Just my musings on the after glow of last nights interview!

Strongly recommend that not only does everyone watch Robbie's interview but also the joint interview after the second presentation - some great incites in there and detail around things like impact of inflation on costs. I loved the ending - the Panther Metals chap is forecasting POG to be 2300 in 2023! Yes please!!

Bebeto - you really need to chill and wait for the interview tonight. What's the saying - Stay calm and carry on....nothing you can do anyway.

One last mention about audits and I promise no more from me. Again purely from my experience you get different types of auditor - they are only human. Some can be over zealous and some can be very practical as they lean on experience of what is material and important. It rarely works going up against a pedantic auditor - not saying this has happened here, just sharing experience. Audits are not perfect sciences conducted the same by everyone the world over. Because they are carried out by humans and not robots. That’s just corporate life from what I have seen.
Back to that list - I am going to be so busted!!

Bebeto I have not inferred more than one thing. Is it because I said numbers and not number? If so that is a turn of phrase.
As for your audit experience, seems you have been extremely fortunate- I can only share my experience from a main listed company which differs to your it seems.
There was a point well made below - let’s wait for the interview and forthcoming news and we can all reflect and add to our experience draw.
On the subject of audits, the missus has left me a list of jobs - she might suspend me when she audits later! Back to it!

With respect Bebeto, you don't know whether it is in the company's possession or not - the auditor might also be asking questions on numbers prior to the takeover and how they translated into the new company - this really is more complex than you are making out. I am confident however that they will satisfy the auditor to enable them to sign off in there near future. What are your experiences with Audits Bebeto for large corporations that makes you think differently?

Bebeto - maybe we have had different audit experiences - I used to have several meetings each year with the audit team for my small part of the organisation, depending on the amount of change that had occurred to the operating model / customer base / volumes and products in the year. I believe that this audit includes the transition from one owner to another - I doubt whether the process is as simple as you say, particularly for a main listed company. But you might have had other experiences on main listed company audits of course. Being asked for info / giving it and job done would have been a dream in my former dealings.

Bebeto - we didn't talk about granular detail but Paul and the finance team are working extremely hard to satisfy the auditor as you would fully expect. I think (my interpretation) that they have been surprised at the degree of information required on a non material number which they had thought been covered of but the auditor had more questions on. As I said in my post, for anyone who has dealt with Audit, it is not uncommon to supply what you think is required and then the Auditor thinks of more questions to ask. Again - that is what I suspect has happened but I have not had that conversation as frankly I trust the CEO and CFO to get it sorted without me asking them to explain the fine detail - it's what they are they for in my view. However from my conversation with Robbie I know that this is being dealt with and it will be sorted in the short term which is just what the RNS stated. Personally I am not worried. It's unfortunate but my focus is on the progress update / finance update / exploration update. That is how the company should be judged in my view and whilst I do not know the detail of course (I am waiting alongside everyone else), I am very excited at the prospect of receiving the news. My glass is more than half full here and I am optimistic it will be flowing over the sides soon!

From my experience with Auditors, small issues can turn into lengthy to and fro discussions - you give them what you think they need and they ask 2 other questions based on what you have given them. It happens believe me.

Company working extremely hard with the auditor to address the issue. This is not a delaying tactic. I believe we will all be happy when this is resolved as you will see but appreciate it is unsettling as we wait. If you believe in Robbie and the BoD as I do, now is the time to trust and have faith.
