Quite right mfu. Ggp aren’t trying to replicate what NC are doing now at hav. They are trying to replicate what ggp did at hav at the start. Ie find something to warrant further drilling/farm out. I would thought mr green might have worked that out with all his experience.

Maybe NM is a smart fella, but I havent seen it yet and thats for the other board (actually met him 16 months ago and thought him rude and arrogant, but that shouldnt stop him making me some money!). But there is a clear difference in style between the two, and I think GH will be done with GGP before NM even starts negotiating and NM has had a 2 yr head start. Hope I am wrong as I could then put the Solg money in here!

And as for Covid. Who knows but I think we are a couple of weeks away from the peak and then plateau. Todays telegraph had lots of ideas of 'managing' the virus through testing and smart phones. Sad to say, but the Aussies are far smarter than we are and will use tech to keep the drills turning in the outback. If we are delayed it wont be for more than a month. I dont think this has affected the sp much, but it has affected the sentiment. Just my opinions though.

Volvic. because this share is dominated by small (and small minded) PIs who dont understand the opportunity in front of them. If they see 10% they take it. In all my 40 years of being in trading and the stock market generally, this is the best risk/reward I have seen and I have sized my investment accordingly. Its still too small for much Insto involvement sadly but last nights news will help.
Speedy. I AM saying NEVER! If they keep 25% (and I would say that there is a very small chance of that) it doesnt make them a miner, just a junior financial partner. But nowhere has GH said that he wants to be a miner and use the 5% to fund his share of the development costs and use the rest to build a lovely mine at Scally or Goliath. He wants to find some stuff and sell it, probably to NC, maybe to Rio. Probably through a corporate sale. Then ride of into the sunset a hero, and every night I will be drinking a toast to him, with a glass of Tatty. If you want to 'enjoy' the alternative ride, then get a load of Solgold and see how Nick Mather does it. I just hope that you are young enough, cos its going to be ages.......

Is not and never will be a mining company! Its a junior explorer. It wont be participating in any kind of fund raise for its share of the development costs and it wont be paying a dividend out of mine sales.
Fortunately the management know what it is and what it isnt, unlike the clowns over at Solgold.

With ref to your point about GH buying within 3 weeks of an announcement...
Firstly you are confusing the close period around the time of final and interim results, with inside info announcements,
Secondly GH was not in possession of this information at the time of the purchase and
Thirdly I would dispute the fact that this information was price sensitive as it was well known, well discussed and hasnt moved the price at all!!

Interesting to note that on a weak day for markets and a weaker Au price, NC shares closed up. Only piece of news I saw was the 40% news. Maybe the domestic Aussie market now thinks that Hav is material to NCs future? If they do, they are right!

I am no expert tigger but I think it’s safe to say that hav won’t be open cast because of the 450m of cover.
If they find something at scally it could be as v little cover.
And I think the decline would go to the side of the mine not straight through the middle.
