I see a JV partner taking care of further drilling and plant costs at Casa, so there'd be minimal dilution should we opt for this route. As for buyers, I hear the Chinese are tough negotiators so it will be difficult to squeeze a fair price out of them. Whatever the outcome, I'm sure we are in good hands and NvS will steer us down the right path.

Exactly, it was the obvious way to proceed a year back when RHA was put on c&m awaiting the govt sign off. The £1m raised by PB last November could have made headway into drilling Zulu with decent results raising the s/p to facilitate further raises to get us to DFS stage. I am suspicious of the fact that our most valuable and easily progressed asset has been sidelined in favour of the RHA money pit. Either there isn't actually much lithium down there - Uramin style, or Prem is purposely being driven into the ditch so eventually the best assets will end up in the hands of others, IMO.

I can't see the point of selling Casa at only $10/oz if that is the going rate. We have 72% of 3mozs, so at that price it would only net just over $20m. How much has been spent to get us to this stage, a good few $m I would imagine? Contrast that with a potential 200k ozs a year producing mine. OK we'd have to give half away for funding the plant but I would guess we'd still be left with $20m to $30m profit every year and our Mcap would be multiples of that. As for the insecurity of working in DRC, well we've managed so far, and if our JV partners are the Chinese, they will likely give as good as they get in any skirmishes. Just IMO.

We were all taken in by the projected grade and tonnage range under ST issued by an independent mines analyst, but who would have ever suspected the company didn't even have the gumption to complete a single exploratory drill? I do hope M4 results will provide some cause for hope as otherwise we will probably be looking at raising funds for pottering around again from next spring onwards, at these pitiful s/p levels.

I suspect GR will be more than happy to see the shareholders lined up in two opposing groups - divide and conquer...

There is a blatant conflict of interest in GR's family trust lending Prem money using the company's assets as collateral. He could purposely spend money uselessly and drag his feet on any of the projects in order to place the company in financial jeopardy, possibly to the point of going broke and then scoop up the best assets for himself. At the very least, he can and will convert loans into shares at knockdown prices as we have seen recently. There has never been much evidence of George fully performing his fiduciary duties towards shareholders, his salary and family trust always appear to come first in his eyes.
