I thought a lifting of the injunction would trigger a default which would require FRR to repay the whole OR loan ($30m?) back in full? We appear to have almost secured sufficient funding to be able to repay OR (hopefully the NY lender are already fully aware of the court case evidence and are happy that FRR are seen as a good credit risk)

It has crossed my mind whether BP legal brains have been advising and helping to steer our BoD all along, with a view to lancing the OR boil prior to entering a formal partnership?

Yes, 18.1% x .65 = £3.6m. With an oil price recovery and a p/e of perhaps 15 or more, revenues and valuations could get interesting next year.
