GR needs to be thoroughly investigated with regards to his fiduciary duties towards shareholders over the years, and whether he has rigourously sought their best interests rather than seeking to benefit himself, his family trust or his long term business cronies. All I am seeing so far is a wilful parasite bleeding investors dry whilst feigning incompetence and masquerading as a victim of outside circumstances.

Be nice to never hear from Frr again but wake up to find hundreds of thousands of BP shares quietly allocated to ones share account. Now that's what I'd call an NDA. ;-)

Do you see SD involvement as good or bad though? Wasn't it GR +SD behind the 'hole in the ground with a liar at the top' (or is that too uncharitable a description?) Uramin fiasco in Namibia?

I've reconciled myself to the idea that to avoid going completely down the pan we may have to accept some form of dilution or perhaps a JV on less favourable terms than hoped. Better 50% of summat than 100% of nothing - assuming the BoD can even manage to deliver that to shareholders.

fulmar29, a quick check on a poster's history will confirm that its often the most hypocritical ones who will accuse others of talking down this share, probably in it for short term trades. I would just like to add that if anyone out there can talk it back down to 2.5p so I can load up, I would be most grateful. :-p

At just a $15/oz sale price the value of our gold assets probably equals our current Mcap. Think on that Mr. Market!

A Solg investor said even that took a while to be noticed and multibag. Well over a year of steady rises, as I remember. Of course if we Jorc up a tasty area within 6 months and sell it on that will turn heads. It may even attract a much higher bid for the whole lot with the buyer seeing the remaining areas as a promising lucky dip.

Thing is, it didn't look so bad when the Mcap was in the mid to high £10s of millions, GR's salary/consultancy/office rental fees were then less than 1%. Now we are scrabbling around at c. £3m Mcap, it's a completely unaffordable 10% a year. Any decent CEO would make far deeper cuts into his personal remuneration than GR has so far. Imagine how much Zulu drilling might have been done over the last couple of years had GR deferred his enormous salary until he had steered the company back into a healthier position?

Sentinel mine has 5mts of contained copper. I'm quietly hoping that in time we can get at least half of that figure in total from our best targets. I'm working on a rough figure of $150/tonne of undeveloped in-the-ground cu eq as a sale price for any/all of the commercially viable areas. We own 65% of Zamsort so assuming we do find several Mts of cu eq, an s/p somewhere in the 20p to 40p kind of range is what I'd like to see eventually.

It will be interesting to see how much cobalt is present in the ore - every little helps. Also NvS mentioned that the 1% ore from 2m down could be added to the demo plant feed. Not sure how much revenue that would add but again it would help towards drilling costs. Anything to fend off stingey offers from majors greedy to buy in on the cheap. I guess the plan is to drill the pants off Cheyeza East and get it to JORC and sold for a $9-figure sum and then use that to fund the rest of the exploration/drilling?

CB we only own 72% of Akyanga hence our share of the 3m oz is nearer 2.2mozs.

Great to see nice grades over significant intervals from just the first couple of holes. A very encouraging start.

Just shows what might have been had George been genuine about delivering shareholder value from the assets instead of steering us over a cliff, no doubt for the eventual benefit of others.

I'm not particularly enthused by the occasional zones of visible copper seen so far. It's how much metal the bulk of the core samples contain and whether it's commercial that's important.

I'd have preferred it in Matebele gumbo beads myself! :-)

Been seeing a few programmes about humans needing to shift over to eating more insects etc. so you may as well scoff the snails, p00rman.

My tip for papayas is to dig a bowl of sheep manure or similar around each plant - the micronutrients add nicely to the flavour. We had a field full a few years back (dwarf Thai variety) but they didnt get watered properly when I was away in the UK, so they struggled. A lot of what was left got stolen by locals. I sometimes saw them running up the road with a big grin on their face and a couple of papayas stuffed up their shirt.

No, I'm in S. India and we already ate all the mangoes - delicious! We have two custard apple trees as well..

Just to steer things away from any nasty confrontations, I have one mango, seven coconut, three lime and several papaya trees and a field full of banana trees (rented out) around us.

...and as an extra kick in the nads while we're down, we'll probably be shorted to death to drop the s/p prior to the conversions.

If the s/h group had any nous it would be researching laws regarding the fiduciary duties of board members just in case it transpires that George really has been putting the interests of his cronies and family trust ahead of Prem shareholders.
