Three deep exploratory drill holes this spring. Results around June? Then presumably applications for further drilling, assuming results are good enough? Then another few months wait and a race against time to drill before the winter weather sets in again? Will it be the same old, same old? Mind you I won't care if the s/p is sat above 3p all next winter due to good earlier results..

gpmh1 - how much can we expect per kwh once sold back to the grid? My maths tells me at 12p per kwh and at 770kw per hour, around £800k of income p.a. could be generated from the gas to wire. No doubt it will be much less after costs etc. but perhaps still enough to cover salaries? (I changed to a less negative header)

Civil unrest is the probable reason, IMO. Kabila clinging to power when he should have gone months ago is sparking off trouble, particularly in the east of the country where Akyanga is situated.

Let's hope things pick up - if we can get to just 500bpd from all sources, that's revenue of around $1m a month. The market can't ignore those kind of figures. In early 2015 there were 700m shares in circulation, so an s/p of .8p then would equate to a Mcap of £5.6m. Now 2.5bn shares in issue at s/p of .38p mean Mcap of around £9.5m. So some uplift, assuming lths could average down to more than treble their holdings. We have added to the asset base but lack funds to develop anything. Let's hope HH can add something to the coffers.

True, I always keep a good handful of physical gold stashed away myself in case things go to pot. ;-)

I dont know why that post is getting ticked up, it was clearly meant for the WRES board! Hopefully GWMO will also find useful amounts of gold as that means plenty more (value wise) of copper will be present there (expected copper/gold ratio is 50,000:1)

We were at 2.8p on nothing but expectation last year, so I'd hope to be multiples of that on good Sharktooth results. Good ST results means there will likely be tens of billions of $ worth of copper down there.

I'd hope to be on the way to 10p if we hit the middle of the ST range of 60m to 600m tonnes @ 1% copper. That's about 3m tonnes at around $7000/tonne, so about $20bn worth of metal. Even priced at 1% of that our Mcap would be around £150m with an s/p approaching 20p, IMO. (I hope this is not all going to turn out to be too good to be true!)

Not bad, some delays due to weather - we know how that feels ;-) We just need the copper to be there as hoped. No mention of the previous resource miscalculation, though it's only a tiny part of the whole picture, I would have liked to see a little clarity there.
