BBC Scotland has ordered a new Crime Chat Show from Tern TV, The 10 part series will be fronted by "Interview with a murderers" Professor David Wilson. This is another good commission for Tern TV & good for Zincs figures !
Also - there was another new series that started last night "Emergency Helicopter Medics" on More4 at 9pm.
And tonight "Flights from Hell, Caught on Camera" is on at 10pm on Channel 4.
Content is in demand & Zinc are getting orders, this company has turned around & its exciting times, with Mark Brownings arrival imminent Zinc are certainly going to be an exciting company to follow. Mark proved himself at ITNP & that company grew rapidly.
I could not understand why anyone would want to sell right now, but it is now understandable & once CF have gone we can looked forward to Shenners 3p party, i have not forgotten Shenners, I guess the venue will soon need organising :)
Starts on sunday 24th February at 8.30pm on the BRAND NEW BBC SCOTLAND CHANNEL!

10 x 30 min series, looks like a good commission.
Recent appointments of CEO & CFO who both Left ITNProductions to join Zinc Media. First came Will Sawyer previously Finance Director at ITNP, Now Zinc's Chief Financial Officer. Then Recently we heard that Mark Browning previously Managing Director at ITNP will be joining Zinc as Chief Executive Officer. ITNP grew year on year under Marks leadership, obviously Zinc is seen as a much better opportunity by these two. These guys proved themselves at ITNP, they understand what the audience wants. If they can see this is a massive opportunity to leave ITNP, it looks like Shenners 3p part just got closer.
Also Edale Capitol have just increased its Holdings from 3.03% to 3.18%
Also Content is in demand from broadcasters. Amazon have just appointed another member of ITNP's previous management, Dan Grabiner previously Head of Development at ITNP has been hired as a commissioner for Amazon - a good contact there !!
And another reason for demand is that Zinc's SP is well underpriced !!
Good Luck All

oversaw the growth of ITN-Productions which was spun out of ITN , (ITN had unveiled an ambitious expansion strategy to reduce its dependence on news bulletins and boost revenues by 50% in five years). ITNP revenues were rising year on year. ITNP experienced exponential growth under Browning's Leadership, increasing 139% in 5 years & growing every year, in 2016 its revenues grew 35%.
Mark Browning sounds like a real winner for Zinc Media, he understands the industry & is well respected & i would say will be able to open a lot of doors for Zinc. His experience covers - Television, Radio, Digital and Mobile, News, Sports Production, US business development, International Television Rights, Digital Brand Creation, Content Production, Advertising Production Brand Positioning, Content Marketing and Brand Extensions.
During his leadership of ITNP -Clients included: ITV, Ch4, Ch5, BBC, Sky, The Football League, Sky Sport, Sky, News UK, History, National Geographic, Discovery, MSN, Google, Vodafone, Orange, Smithsonian, Discovery ID. CBS, Netflix, A&E.
The more i looked for info on Mark Browning the more positive i felt about Zincs future, He speaks with a passion & total understanding of this industry & where it is going. He seems to understand how to make money & to utilise all of the companies resources, to produce content for not only documentaries but also where ever story telling is required.
Regarding what you say BMR about acquisitions & Marks vision, i feel he will look at getting all of the companies working at full capacity, creating content & winning commissions, that seems to be how ITNP grew, Mark seems to know how to put a good team together & he has a lot of contacts.
There is a discussion on Youtube where Mark Browning is on the Panel - The Future of TV is Now, Edinburgh TV Festival, August 2014.

"Great British Car Journeys" with Christopher Timothy & Peter Davison from "All Creatures Great & Small " fame starts on Sat 2nd Feb on Channel 4 at 8pm. Zinc Companies are proving their credibility & are certainly getting commissions & showing how to produce quality content for the broadcasters.
broadcasters have come together on a major documentary series about the origins of Brexit & Chose Brook Lapping - A ZInc TV company....
https://deadline.com/2019/01/bbc-smithsonian-brexit-1202536661/
The British public broadcaster and the U.S. pay-TV network, as well as broadcasters including France 3, have commissioned three-part series Inside Europe: 10 Years Of Turmoil from Brook Lapping Productions and produced by Norma Percy, the filmmaker behind the Inside The Obama White House doc series.
From Brook Lapping is - "Inside Europe; 10 years of Turmoil" starting on Monday 28th Jan at 9pm on BBC2, this is a 3 series documentary & should get some good viewing figures & be good for Zincs reputation.
Blakeway North has just been voted "Best place to work in TV 2019"
Tern are producing "A musical celebration of Robert Burns" on BBC Scotland & NI for Burns night 25th Jan at 9pm.
Lots going on
A Blakeway production with Tony Robinson of Time Team is being shown tonight on Channel 5, this seems to be getting some good reviews & this looks like being very popular, & interesting to see a Zinc Media company being chosen to produce it. Other interesting news i read was Chanel 5 may be getting more into Documentary productions after deciding to finish producing big brother. Does that mean more work for Zinc ? It would appear so looking at this
Egyptian tomb hunting Production.
Did anyone catch any of the zinc productions of the past week ?? There were the armistice programmes on radio 4 at 9.45am each day (blakeway), Inside Obama's Wite House has also been repeated on sundays at 11.30pm on BBC2 & on Saturday night there was a Reef production - "Holst & Vaughan Williams," was show on BBC2 at 9pm.
It looks like Zinc companies are collecting the commissions & doing quality work, Zinc has turned around & work is flowing in, i can't wait until the new board members names are released, I am sure that they will be able to open more doors, people with contacts in the right places would be good for zinc.
& as soon as any news of who may be joining the board (& i would expect some big names who will be able to open some doors) so interesting times, Maybe new board members have allready been found & they are just working out the deal !
If Tern is doing well, surely it must be worth more than the £5.45m it was purchased for, considering Zinc's current Mkt Value is £6.12, The SP must surely be at quite a discount to the whole of the assets within the rest of the group, which after all are all profitable & worth a lot more than £570k put together.
Looking forward too Teddy, results should be very interesting, look at all the recent productions zinc have produced & have been aired by the broadcasters. Tonight alone has about 4.5 hours of zinc productions being aired - Inside Alton Towers on C4 at 9pm & The secret life of Landfill BBC4 at 9pm, Plus there are repeats on C4 from 3.45am French Collection & then village of the year . That's a lot of airtime for Zinc in one nights Schedule .
Recent productions have included, the peoples vet, The foreign doctors are coming, Tate Liverpool at 30 (Alexei Sayle), Britains Lost Masterpieces, The Beechgrove Garden Story. Flying Across Britain.
Zinc are certainly busy, productions are getting made, deals are being done, Staff are being taken on, how long can the SP stay where it is ? The portfolio is growing, once productions get picked up overseas the profits will grow massively as the productions are allready made, its like having a licence to sell what has allready been sold again & again, but without any costs.
Is the SP deliberately being held where it is, is that by the major shareholders, every time the SP gains, its knocked back - even after good news, Is something going on behind the scenes ??
