OK bottled it, just bought back in as I'm just not sure if it will go lower or start to rise again.

Let's hope so many of us bought lots more on the big drop.

Good morning tom, we all know what's going to happen today, I sold my THG for profit and then bought in again yesterday at 60.5p, so today they will go down and ITV will surprise us and go up. good for all the stock we hold but not if we are looking to buy more in cheap. sod's law.

I guess it now all depends on how the ftse ends and how the Us markets hold or fall. if it's a fall and our market opens down 50 points or so then ITV will also be down another 1p-2p so could be down a total of 5p-6p making a great buy back price.

Maybe this target of 48p was right all along.

Don't talk about losses old chap, MM must only talk about profits to encourage the city to keep the ship afloat.

It looks to me that 60p is on the cards so what's the point in buying now you might as well wait another few hrs.

Think this will settle down to maybe 73p by end of the day which means it could be buy in time on Thursday at 68p-69p

It seems to me that there is strong feelings both ways for this, but to me it just seems that although these results are not that bad with some good points in them we just seem to be that everything will be alright in the end.

But when is the end and just how long do we have to wait for jam tomorrow, so I think the SP could settle down a little more to may be 60p again.

But what will the city think? down about 5p

Am I reading this wrong, debt up, sales down and the rest is about the same can't see this going up much but what do I know.

Dear oh dear, it does show we all have different ideas and all are right if it's what we believe.

We will all make mistakes and not make what we want, but gone are the days of just sitting on shares long term and hoping it all comes right.

I will hold some ITV and will try to trade 10,000-20,000 share lots at a time to make money through the year.

But as we know it's all a big guess what will happen.

I would say about 95% it will drop min 3.3p at first thing on Thursday and it will depend what the market is doing,if it's down 50-100 points then ITV will go down more so it depends on how quick you are to get in.

Life is always a complete gamble,but will buy anything under 70p.

Yes well I already sold a big chunk at 75p a few days ago so sitting on money ready to buy more if/when it drops to 69p.

Hi omalley I feel the same,should I buy more now to get the divi 3.3p. and pay more tax as I am/will be over my allowance or wait and buy with 3.3p -5p cheaper and put that money/profit tax free into this years allowance.

No good or bad news so far.

Well done , but for this tax year we only get £500 tax free Divi or £1,000 for a joint account.

So it doesn't really make it worth while to go for Divi cash any more and you might as well max the CGT which is now only £3000 each or £6000 for a joint account. Life's difficult isn't it.
