How the labour party have been going on about lobbying and the conservative makes you laugh, Yesterday in PM questions a labour mp stood up and asked questions / lobbied on behalf of the Centrica engineers and the pay fire/rehire deal. It's seems wrong for the tory party but ok for labour to do it. !!!!!!!!
I don't think it got them anywhere.

Many good points, so what are you trying to drive this down to before you buy in?
if you are in I guess you would have sold now, or do you NEVER intend to buy at all ?

Now Boris is talking about cutting down on air plane carbon RR must already be working on Hydrogen fuelled engines or other forms of fuel power.
I know it costs millions to develop these but if RR could bring out a new Trent version they could take the world market .

Tui is down 2.6% and IAG is down 4.5% saga is down it's just the sector, all those companies are not going bust just like RR so all will come good later.

Good god all this moaning because the sp is going down, look we all make a guess when we buy and a few days ago many thought this would go back up unfortunately covid is having more affect and so it goes down.It's only time so you either sell now or just stop looking at the sp for a few weeks and all will change for the better, and if it doesn't you made a bad choice and if it does you made a good choice.

Supplied some 510 trent engines in 2019 and many went to Airbus and Boeing for the holiday trade, ok the market has been hit badley by covid but very soon all/ many of these planes will be back in use and many will need services and spar parts which is where RR will come to the good.
It's only a question of time.

Kall, I am not saying I am a day trader i am not otherwise I wouldn't have held for about 8 years, like many I did all my research on pfd and worked in the food sector for 35 years so I know / knew pfd well then.
I have all my money back and more but I am just saying that doesn't mean the pfd will carry on going up as much from now on.
I do think its worth £1.20- £1.50 within the next few months, but over the last few years the sp has gone up and down and I have again like many just sat and waited for it to come back well now I am going to play it different and try selling at £1.20-£1.50 and then buying back at £1-£1.10 and see if that works better.

I think that abf own primark and they have been closed for about 9 months, so you cannot Go compare !!!!!!!

So your a long term holder, I have been holding these for about 8 years now and the amount of people / posters that keep saying the best is yet to come so they won't be selling yet.
God knows just how many times we have all been saying pfd is worth more than the current sp but nothing is G/teed the days of just holding and hoping the sp goes much higher are long gone we have all done that in the past, so now it's time to buy /sell if you can make 10%-20% and then buy back in many times. We all look at life different and we all know that if something looks great now there is NO G/tee it will still be great in 6-9 months, so we all do what we think is right at the time and hope we have made the right call. Let's see £1.20 first and then we can look and see if £1.50 - £2.00 might be on the cards.

Yes I know full results are out later in May but sometimes companies give a little up-date like pre close details ahead of time when things have been really good.
About time we had some more good news to push up the SP.

Should be due anytime now as it was 20th April last year, what's the betting they will say sales increase of 8-10% and year end numbers going to be at the top end of expectations. and sp should be £1.20 .

Many of these points are true but Roo could do 10,000% growth but if it doesn't make any profit what's the point, in the end it all catches up to you.
When they start making profits things might change, until then many might be better keeping away.

Look many agree that Roo might have a future in 6-9 months once GB gets back to normal but that is not the main question now, It's more about can they make a profit and at what value the float, ok maybe they could be worth £295 when they are making good profits but currently they are not and so they should have a more realistic value now of £1.50 and thats why many are selling because many still think this will go down a lot more.

OK we all know that for the last year or so the majority of all the planes have been sitting idle, so when we start the great big push to put all these planes back in the air surely they will all need some sort of engine service just before they fly to make sure all is well.
So will that mean a very big demand for all/any RR engine parts to get them in tip top condition, and extra business for RR.
Or is that already going on now?

If you don't want to sell just don't look at this site for 4 weeks and then see what if anything has happened. At least that way you can put it out of your mind and sleep at night. Then who knows you might be a millionair roders.

I don't know where you get your info from but so far today as with yesterday there are more buys thab sells and there doesn't seem to be any real trend here at all , it's just being played as normal.
It could just as easy be £1.15 tomorrow as £1.05 but if you hold and you think it'd going down then sell but I think the truth is more that you want it to go down so you can buy in. Just come clean and say so.

We had a trading up-date on 6th April last year so maybe we are due some new info soon.

look we have all done it, we buy a share because we like what we see and we think we can make money out of it.
We buy the share and sods law it goes down even though everything says it should go up, so do we sell to buy something else. The trouble is now that many shares have had a good run and at their highs and you all know what happens next, we sell RR. to buy something else and that goes down and RR. then goes up.
Come on we all know RR. will go up its just when, Iam for just sitting it out for another few weeks then we will know if it's £1.25 by end of April , but everyone to their own I guess.

It's just another case of a british company make as much profit as it is allowed to get away with before someone stops them. Just look how quick they dropped the price from £1.20 to £60 odd pounds this week. The government has just asked for 2 free tests per week in some areas, now they could also apply to flights and we are up and away.
