I took away exactly what you did, seemed the suggestion that there ‘could’ be a private offtake market?!?! Either way, it was a bullish video clip and I’ll give credit to him for trying to steady the ship, somewhat.

On my current posting theme, as I posted yesterday, the critical key here is for them to go away and steady the ship with their partners and come back fighting with good quality funding and a hard nose reemphasis on their stated strategy. This is a company (due to being debt free) that actually has time on its side, it restock time and come out fighting.

Yup. I have funds free at the end of the month and I’ll be topping up. Whilst I am not surprised at the drop (this is AIM and you need to know what you are buying into) I view an MCAP to be under £5m approaching lunacy and if (it’s a big if) the Bod can rally around its partners to create a cogent and sensible way forward on progressing MED, Bots and Moz and understand what the market needs around funding and reduction of costs / outgoings then the ‘comeback’ can begin.

Decent sum up, Shrubby. It’s a long way back from here, but, given the right effort by Kibo and their partners I can see a way back. It is however going to take a mountain of effort and sacrifice from the BoD, that is to say huge cash conservation efforts are needed and I’m expecting lots of shares to be taken as salaries from now on in. Truth be told Tanzania for us has been a slow moving car crash for us since Aug / Sept last year. This is merely the final blow. Hopefully in hindsight this turns out to be the turnaround. JD

Not selling either. On circa 75% loss now. May as well see how it pans out. Something substantial has to happen now. Change of CEO, massive reduction in overheads (annual wages are now nearly 50% of MCAP), maybe one of the partners at Thermoelectric (Moz) or Shumba (Bots) will take over from LC? I don’t know. But it will take a complete root and branch rebuild from here. Tweets of your presentation every morning isn’t going to cut it. Due to the nature of the company with multiple assets and multiple partners owing equity in these project coupled with a debt free portfolio allowing time I hold out hope for Kibo to rise again, as there will be lots of interested parties out there striving to make sure this still works. Whatever happens here it won’t be decided today and it will be decided by the Kibo BoD and most importantly the Kibo Partners in Bots, Moz and MED who will be livid and what has transpired here (whoever you blame for it). They will now be on large losses on deals at 6p and 5.25p, etc.

Those partners, in order to rebuild may have faith in LC to do that, they may wish to replace him, I have no early idea.

The one thing for sure is there has to be a complete rebuild in confidence in order to take Moz, Bots and MED forward. This will take a long time to repair and repair the SP. I don’t think all is lost personally, thankfully we have no debt and thankfully we diversified into Moz, Bots and MED or we would be dead in the water for sure.

All just musing, I have no idea what happens here next.

As my mother would say ‘what’s for you won’t go by you’. Wrap it up and move on to three very good projects with an actual future as Tanzania has become a disaster, shut the office down there and don’t spend another penny or lose another thought on it.

Spot on, Bcl. He still has to deliver, but lots of reasons for your pecker to be up over Kibo. That is why we are still here (and some of us right idiots are still adding). Keep the faith all genuine LTHs. JD

Current expenditure on administration and exploration is circa £2.8m per year, we have no loans, warrants or options outstanding and a total of 640m shares in issue and an MCAP of circa £10m. There is no consolidation coming!! I can see you are disappointed by progress on projects and SP. Which is perfectly fine, but how you do you arrive at consolidation??? JD
