There is of course, as per the (bull*****) legal action against Acacia’s Staff (which low and behold seems to have disappeared) that what Tanzania are doing with Kibo is the same as they have done with Acacia, which is a shake down to take more of the assets (Scott free). Everything they GoT has done with Acacia has just been down to taking a share of this asset for themselves. Be it legal action, environmental issues, tax disputes, all utterly contrived, of course.

Stay, one thing is certainly for sure, they have dropped of there twitter posts / media and have gone away to consider their strategy / next move. And that is the right thing to do, go away and come back with a clarity in focus. Considering where we are LC and the BoD could very easily inject confidence into this share by taking shares in lieu of salary (Mr Kruger recently did that at KAT) or take shares at (example) 50% premium to the SP. I’m backing LC to turn it around, not because I think he is the Messiah, or indeed a very naughty boy, I think he’s a straight shooter who’s built a company that we only need one of these projects to ‘hit the straps’ for me to make a return (even at these bombed out levels).

Before we shoot first and ask question later it was LC who brought in Bots, Moz and MAST, the partners who intrusted their capital and years of previous hard work clearly do not think he / this company is a complete joker and I serious wonder what we do after he leaves the cannon? A Coal Mine, and a small one at that has no interest to anyone and especially not a Chinese state owned conglomerate. The only interest anyone has in KIBO or EDL for that matter would be the power plant. On the basis despite Licences or lack thereof doesn't matter, your buying the full feasibility of the power plant. For EDL to get to the same position as KIBO EDL would hace to spend an 8 figure sum on a BFS (as KIBO have done). JD
