What's not to like ? shareholders will own about 5.5% for a start; What about shareholders that bought in at £3.00 Can't see them getting too excited about it

So what's the alternative.....Thought ZAMA....was going to be worth a fortune? But Pemex have other ideas Is it ours? is it theirs? The Sealoin?- Toalmont? Anderman? Surely they have to be worth more that 5%?

Company has been under attack from Shorter for months- One step forward two steps back-At least this way there is a chance, (YES).......... is the only way to vote unless another company comes up with a better deal- What's needed is to pay off the Borrowers they have destroyed the company

Better this deal than be shorted out of business..PMO Borrowed too much when Oil was $100 then 2014 came the oil crash. That was being managed very well. Until Covid + Shorters. Never a good idea to over Borrow.
