The after hours trades look like they added a total rise for the day of 11.5%, bearing in mind the sp close (rise) listed above.

Sizeable trades at that volume would indicate that something is brewing.

Think biffa turns in different circles, biffa had a comment a few months back which I didn’t understand where this information had come from but matured correct.

If the report is kicking around (fingers crossed) the f4 shouldn’t be too far away.

I’d initially read your comment as suggesting Mkango were actively expanding Pulawy’s scope beyond separation, whereas it sounds more like your view on how the site could logically evolve longer-term – potentially adding HyProMag-style recycling and even alloy capability if the economics and partnerships stack up.

If the placing money strengthens Mkango’s cash position and runway, then any short-term selling created by the placing could actually be positive for long-term holders because the balance sheet is now funded into year-end, when the story should look very different.

This might help with parallels across similar businesses, Tungsten west issued 585 million shares on the 31st of December, at that time the shares in issue were roughly 190 million, the sp is worth reviewing over the last month with this in mind.

I think it may be helpful to watch the Treger review again. The reason this was mentioned was to ensure the strategic alignment was clearly understood. That clarity helps investors understand exactly what they are investing in with Cotec and the future Magnito listing. As he explained, the structure is designed to ensure the correct alignment to the listing and to separate capital-intensive projects away from the recycling business. My understanding is that this has been in place for nearly a year and forms part of the original rationale for the SPAC.

Cheers SG, I wasn’t exactly sure what the ins and outs of the CPTK other than this is only being used a vehicle for the listing for “efficiency” ( although not efficient on time), i’m nearly all in on MKA as I think this has the capability to do a repeat of last year.

I think the biggest news today and this year is Floyd81 post, the subject of recycling between this trio is very topical for us regarding the pre REE meeting, if large scale industry transfer is going to be undertaken, this is normal led by the government to assure the associated risk that an industrial partner could be exposed to.

I’d guess we’ll find out in April if this is the case.

The SP has been robust considering some one, Clearly thinking they are the ninja of selling, ditching a 90k blocks across 2 trades and a 30k tranche, as Esduk pointed out this has been going on for months, mm are an absolute joke as usual. with the last few RNS being 5 pages long a lot of detail went under the radar and again this could of easily been dripped feed.

The MP and USAR sp rise is probably linked to the article 301 highlighted by Floyd, and currently having no US listing we have been overlooked, the sp will move once more firm news and transitioning from (I hate the term) pure play to cost neutral (2t a month) to profitable + listing.

If anything goes up a 1000% if the time frame of a few months there’s normally something wrong unless you’ve been watching metals one?

The rise this year alone has been wild and I would more than suggest if you don’t think another rise is due in the few 6-8 weeks then you should sell as plenty of other stocks are available (which “should gain”) I held IAG for 2 years (and TW) with good fundamentals which didn’t change over that period with a good rise only pushing in the middle of this year.
