I think commissioning is largely expected now, so on its own it probably won’t transform the SP overnight — the market tends to price those milestones in ahead of time. The Tyseley pilot is a good example: technically a big step, but without commercial-scale sales yet it hasn’t really driven a sustained rerate.
That said, commissioning still matters because it derisks the technology and moves things from concept into operation. What I suspect the market really wants to see next is the commercial side — offtake agreements, customers, and clear revenue visibility.
If HyProMag starts announcing magnet sales ( maybe tidied up in the end of year report ) or partnerships with OEMs, that’s when the story shifts from “interesting tech” to an actual operating business, and that’s usually where the bigger valuation change happens.
