The key bit being that it’s an ALLUVIAL collaboration agreement.

Nexus are part of an alluvial JV contract, or “alluvial collaboration agreement” as referred to in our RNS’s.

They have nothing to do with our DFS’d asset FB, neither does anyone else. The company state this practically whenever Fairbride is mentioned or has the potential to be considered (wrongly) as part of any agreement (until otherwise negotiated/stated):

“...Fair Bride project, which remains under the sole control and management of Xtract.”

People buying at around 0.84 now, good to see a bit of confidence returning!

If that’s your view then there’s very little I plan on doing to change that.
I wholeheartedly disagree and would suggest that you’ve not being paying enough attention if you think that nothing has happened over the past 12 months.

Share price has been pushed down whilst the business has been getting stronger, if that doesn’t create a value proposition for further investment then I don’t know what does.

Out of interest, considering we:
Pushed onward with non FB hard rock development through our phased program
Are planning on starting hard rock operations Q1 2019
Have seen a decent uplift in Sinos alluvial production quarter on quarter
Are expecting further contractors to be announced shortly
Have just had our alluvial terms re-negotiated to be significantly better for XTR long term (personally I deem a 50-50 instead of a 60-40 split a significant re-negotiation but that’s down to the individual)

What exactly would you class as “news to enthuse further investment”?

If all is delivered as expected then my personal opinion is that people are really not prepared for the fair valuation here.
(Judging by the sorts of expectation bandied around here recently - I deem them to be pretty pathetic valuations with very little basis on potential revenue streams or asset value, very much just lowball figures plucked from the air)

Alluvial contracts that have the potential to deliver several hundered thousand Dollars a quarter with minimal risk
Hard rock JV with omnia looking at processing 40kT per month with grades that we’ve currently seen between 0.5g/T - 20g/T+ (non FB)
FB, a project with a $40m+ npv
Etc.

And yet we’re valued at sub £3m.

My view is that as delivery happens, there will be an explosive re-rate, mainly because this has been pushed down and down and down and down (add a few more downs in for good measure) and with the amount of people aware of the story here (imo awaiting delivery milestones to invest/re-invest) my guess is that there will be plenty of fuel for the SP’s journey upwards.

That’s all supposition though, and I could be completely wrong, but I doubt it, which is why my money is very much where my mouth is.

Completely understand your view Stevensd but what can I say, I’m a positive guy, I’ll take the morale boosting days when I can get them and to be honest, my view is that this company is horrendously undervalued as a result of battered market confidence.

My view is that fair value will out and I guess I’m just waiting for the market to recognise (fairly) what XTR is bringing to the table. As you say, time will tell.

... without wishing to advise you to do anything in particular, so I guess as more of an observation... If you’d averaged down, such as yours truly, you wouldn’t in fact be “96% down” (I presume you’re claiming to have bought at the very height of the SP?). You’d actually be in my position which is (to be fair) miffed at Jan for nearly sinking the company, but happy that Colin is doing something to rectify the situation, and moreover, excited for the future of XTR as from this current price (or moreso where we’ve been over the past couple of weeks) there is the potential for some very, very significant gains.

Up circa 15% yesterday on the back of news, is it perhaps time for us to start drifting back up in the run up to news?

Just thought it’s worth reminding folks that 1.5pps equates to a market cap of just over £5.25m.
XTR could do that in an afternoon with the right news.

Y’all really need to realise that relatively small (proportionate to the sector) movements in Mcap will make a huge difference to share price. I.e adding Just over a couple million in Mcap will double our share price, at £10m Mcap our pps (pence per share) is circa 2.85 at £15m our pps is circa 4.25, at £20m our pps is circa 5.7, at £30m that’d be circa 8.5pps.

Worth noting that for what we’re planning £30m could in fact end up being cheap compared to the sector.

Personally I’m still gunning for a £20-30m Mcap over the next year or two based on what I know about the alluvials, hard rock & FB, but as you say, it’s up to Bird to execute the plan - we’ll know more when we have a better insight into costings come the end of the year.

I think you’re aiming far too low with a valuation of around £5m to be honest...

Anyone who holds shares here is 15% up here on this morning and our good news today means XTR will get a bigger cut of our alluvial operation moving forward.

I’d suggest that’s definitely something to be happy about.

Circa 6m shares traded today, great to see a little bit of volume back here off the back of today’s news release - and what that can create in terms of moving the share price rapidly.

Wouldn’t imagine Colin will hang about with subsequent news releases considering we’re waiting for news on several fronts:

- Hard rock JV with Omnia progression update
- Fairbride news / inclusion on a JV or otherwise
- New alluvial contractors coming on board
- etc

Couldn’t be much happier with today’s news, slowly but surely we’re gaining strength & momentum.

4p equates to a sub £15m market cap, hardly unobtainable based on what’s in the pipeline here.

Couple of hefty ones, another 1.3mil + bought in just two transactions pushing us up even further.
CB’s good work being rewarded by plenty of buys by the looks of it.

Key note: this hard rock JV that’s progressing pretty well as per the RNS updates EXCLUDES Fairbride (although it’s been alluded to that this could be included into a renegotiation), which is the ace up our sleeve, so to speak.

A few more hefty buys have come in to push us up above 0.70, good to see!
