having been the the Vegas show pre covid there are some wierd , wakey and wonderful elements but in the whole its a great scientific conference with cutting edge dna testing technology and excellent microbiome content . From a networking aspect of nutrionists and broadening potential customer base , the show is imo probably the most important to odx right now and moving forward into 2023 !

captain i could not agree with you more , but odx are in the here and now imo had they not taken certain steps ( alva cd4 ) they would not be worrying about future gov contracts or any contracts for that matter , they would be collecting universal credits !
once the gov situation is resolved they can plan forward with covid cloud behind them especially as the £2.5 mil noose is allocated and accounted for as a liability on the books , anything not being paid back is a bonus , + potential comp again a bonus but certainly must be ignored until clarification

i see your point about a future gov contract but i most certianly think its not a priority with extremely limited potential for odx , if any !

dsaf, noticed you wrote a post a while back saying that ODX would be blacklisted from future contracts with the dhsc / gov like abdx , not sure i follow your train of thought . Odx have never been interested in gov contracts until covid which is proven to be a nightmare , dont need to go through why its been so as its clear for all to see , so why would they be interested now or anytime in the future ?

I dont agree however that the BSF would not cut out at a loss if they had the same view as others on here only 1 month ago of so ago, many suggested that company might fold , with that in mind and if the said BSF had the same view why would the not take a loss and move on the other investments , better to loose say 25% than the whole 4 p placing , dont you agree ?
i dont view the BSF any different to other investors apart from they will have a different timescale perhaps, hence the nickname lol!

what i am trying to establish , hypothically if the BSF has 5 shares @ 4p and 9 warrants , if he sells the 5 shares at lets say 3p , does he still have the warrants should the sp rise later ?

captain , i understand that no 2 warrants are the same , they have different and individual components , pricing, time frames, schedules etc etc , so am i correct in thinking that if the bucket shops sell these shares , they forgo the warrants as they were attached to the shares at a 9:5 ratio ? or in this instance are they completely seperate to the shares

Easy to forget about the millions of placing shares still to be sold though isn't it..

i agree captain it doesnt bode well if this goes against the company , however as the £2.5 mil is already accounted for in as a liability in the accounts and as such any drop would be a great opp to buy imo

i agree with the small raise coming in feb / march time , however we need to be mindful that NICE are not running a business , they are sitting on fat salaries pen pushing and it doesnt matter to them if it takes a week, a month or even a year imo, they dont have targets to meet other than end of month wages !
for the bod to pin there hopes on this approval with no back up plan is mental
