totally agree the gov will be looking to recoup money back in a legitimate black and white fashion but imo not when there is grey contentious area and could harm them politically moving forward , they need the public on board now more than ever

gov/dhsc has been a revolving door staff wise so i guess that has also been an issue also thus far !

captain, very valid point and i agree at 50% it would be a fair reflection in normal terms on very poor / dodgy brown envelope gov procurement coupled with poor understanding of the contract by odx , however the big big question for me is WHY would a gov ask a companies bod to mediate with them unless there is more to this than we know about , from a legal standpoint it doesnt make sense ? could it be they are on the back foot and/ or just dont want the bad publicity that would go with a court case , lets face it they are on the back foot in everything they do atm , its a shower of s*** !

Why do the NHS need to test this , I was under the impression it had passed the dhsc / gov tests and as such has been approved ? Otherwise why announce its ready for use

Placing price purchase , very possible they were told to buy.

Post 01/09/22 they are allowed to buy more shares , not before as per the rules and regulations of being a director of Odx

Your correct they could have bought in March at these levels the low was 3.07 , april might have been tougher with a low of 3.64 , then with the mm spread realistically they only had March to buy cheaper than the 500000 shares @ 4p each they purchased in June 2022 imo
