Dear Mr Dean

As a shareholder, I have decided to write to you to try and ascertain why the stock price is being decimated. I find it completely unacceptable that the BOD remains silent considering the extensive and constant decline the Mobico stock seem to be suffering almost daily.

I would appreciate if you could offer some reassurance or at least provide an explanation as to why you think this might be taking place.

On what basis are you comparing this to CINE? This company is generating cash and paying the debt off! Trains are a mess & expensive, climate change is driving & pollution high in the agenda, again benefiting this company. CINE business model was declining because of the streaming services like Netflix, Paramount etc and the technology of the new TVs making the cinema much less appealing!

They are not comparable! Having said that I feel your frustration and I'm equally perplexed by the constant decline!

Its criminal whats happening here, the recent trading statement was on balance positive, paying down debt, increased passenger numbers, the stock was already bombed out. Doesn't make any sense to drop another 20% on the back of it!!

How can this be going lower still?? Where is the bottom?

If the directors are aware of an impending bid they wouldn't be allowed to buy!

The board has said recovery in H2!

Passenger numbers up, debt being paid off !

Probably won't serve as consolation but I'm 25k down in S4 capital and about 20% here albeit of a very small holding.

The UK markets have been abysmal. I see stocks like this at least doubling once we get over this very long bearish sentiment on UK stocks!

Will be adding here tomorrow when I get paid. With the current dividend this stock is one of the biggest bargains on the FTSE imo!

Accelerating decline is the share price it seems!

Roku & Itv produced good figures so the likelihood is digital advertising will pick up again, the likes of metta will continue to eat the bigger piece of the cake though!

I agree, however, there is maximum pessimism presiding over the stock now so jn my opinion it is now in oversold territory! Any sort of good news will probably lift the share considerably.

The dicotomy here is stark! Look at Snap, 19% down premarket!!

It seems the big boys are eating the cake whilst the small companies fight for the crumbs!

I genuinely hope I'm wrong as I have a massive amount invested here and massively down, however, as an investor, I also need to face reality! Any useful comments or views counteracting my thoughts welcome though.

What I don't understand is how they reiterated guidance only a month ago! Also, nothing on their website about the imminent trading update taking us all by surprise!

I have a lot of respect for Martin and understand he himself having a lot of skin in the game, however, he needs to be more transparent and forthcoming with dates regarding company updates etc. SFOR can't afford to keep messing up!

A real shame how we keep getting burnt here, the directors need to show conviction with their hard earnt cash, like the rest of us are doing! I was close to throwing the towel yesterday, please I didn't in view of today's little rise, however, confidence has been truly shot to pieces!
