The Kazakhstan government has plans to tender 120 offshore blocs in the Caspian Sea, near the Kashagan field, for exploration. The area may have as much oil as Kashagan. The very strict terms on tax payments have turned many investors off to the idea of exploring there.

To me this is very positive news because the fact they are locking in a charter for 2024 means that they expect the barge in 2023 to be fully used and so they want to reserve drilling capacity, now before the order book fills up.

I am wondering what the effect of a regular monthly dividend rns will do for the communication flow, which has been "somewhat patchy" in the past. I feel that the concert party have been poor at communicating because they don't want PI's speculating on the share price. Having a regular dividend completely changes that dynamic.
