This is what I thought too.

So money is coming via DNO, Chevron and KRG direct. Are we waiting for money from all three sources before releasing the RNS? If so, is the delay the KRG or administrative? Definitely a question for the IR team next week.

Does anyone know if KRG are stretching payment timings with all the western oil companies? Don’t our Tawke payments come via DNO or do we receive them direct from KRG?

The latest payment is for November production - POO tanked in Nov due to Omicron...

I agree, but can live in hope that something comes good from it. In the meantime the way forward is to increase production on the existing operating assets. If POO stays above $90 this year, we are making alot of money. They also need to have a PR makeover - old Bill Higgs seems to have done 3 video interviews since 2018, which is rubbish. The visibility of the company is atrocious - if the CEO is camera shy, get someone else to do it.

I doubt anytime soon, assuming it gets as far as arbitration. It took Dana 5 years. I'm hoping that there's something else happening in the background - maybe a deal with a 3rd party.

We are also due news on Sarta 1D & Sarta 5 in Q1 and I doubt any potential +ve news is priced in.

Jim800 - I have owned shares in Genel since 2015, so am well aware of all the KRG issues...
However when you look at GKP at 223, the disconnect doesn't add up. Genel are printing money at the moment. Hopefully some positive drill results at Sarta or an increased div will improve things

The Operations Update on 19 Jan 21 said -
“We expect to drill 12 wells across the portfolio this year. These wells have the potential to add incremental low-cost and cash generative production at the Tawke PSC, add and convert contingent resources to reserves and add production at Sarta, and open up a new field at Qara Dagh.”

After going through all the updates for the year, I can find info on the following drills mentioned -

Sarta 1D, Sarta 5 (both were due in Q3)
Sarta 6 (was due to start after Sarta 5)
QD (was due Q3)
Tawke - 5 new wells (drilling recommenced in Q3 after 18 month pause)

That totals 9 wells. Any idea what the other 3 are?

I'm suprised that 10 months ago they said they'd drill 12 wells in 2021, and as yet have not completed 1.

WTF is going on with the drill results??
Or am I being impatient?
