That one poster who was really positive up until yesterday has done a complete u turn and in some clumsy/vain/misguided (take your pick) fit of emotion has tried desperately to talk the company and share price down, all because he himself has likley got an urgent cash call and is desperate to not get caught out, gutted that he has to sell out and trying to take us all with him, that's the real truth ain't it St M?
Let's look at the myths.
Myth 1- Hellenic have been given 185M shares
Fact - no they haven't they have been granted 112.5M as David took the other 72.5m
Myth 2 - they have sold all their granted shares.
Fact - there is no evidence of this, this was a clumsy guess by someone in that thread and you jumped on it and tried to exploit it, beside volume no where near high enough.
Myth 3 - David is going to take an extra 50k
Fact'- nope David's 50k is part of the 100k as part of tranche 2.
Without knowing the exact entitlements due to changing cash vs equity. As it stands David gets around 40% in shares and 50% in cash which is deferred.
Now let's look at the facts.
Fact 1 - Hellenic were due 200k in cash and 200 k In shares at .165. They took less in hard cash and decided that they wanted more shares as they know the future is bright.else who in their right mind would take more shares at a higher rate only to dump at a lower rate, when cash was available
Fact2 - lenoman points out sells were coming in around the time you started Spouting, I would suggest they are your sells based on your own urgent cash call??
Fact 3- you are a fraud and have lost all credibility here( if you ever had any).
As an aside I don't think anyone really understands how forward selling works. Easy phrase to throw around and try to make is stick. The shares don't become effective till 6th March, so they would have to short, if you go short you have to borrow the shares from somewhere, the MMs took alot on at,the rostra sale, so likely they are the ones lending to shorters, don't think that would include to insiders though as Hellenic and associates clearly are insiders.
To be clear I ain't saying everything is hunky dory, I never knew about this arrangment either, there are maybe questions to answer around cash position etc, but at the end of the day it was a placing done at a premium which I'm ok with for now.
