There doesn't want to be another placing so soon , and if there is then where on earth has all the money going?

Feb 2024 a 2M USD rebate, Sept a 1M GbP placing, Dec a 1M Gbp placing(both including retail) , there must have been project goals market for this cash, can't just be, oh let's go back to the market for cash.

I'm in two minds about who is paying for these 'experts' no evidence to suggest outside parties unfortunately.

I'm more interested in where the 480M odd shares Rostra sold have gone, MMs must be holding them surely, as no cumulative buys over months has ever even come close to that, those MMs can't be happy on this drop unless being squeezed which is market abuse. If they hold all these shares over 0.10(which is what they paid), then they will want to sell them for a profit,hence they will send this north in time)., they have to. When the time is right, this will go back to 0.2 , then there maybe a placing.

DP will have a plan buddy, let's wait and see how it plays out, but for now MMs will do what they do.

Hi tuvok, as I say Maybe best no news for now, as MM seem to move AIm share prices in the opposite way to logic. So maybe say nothing, and do a PREM, I think on AIM we are always guessing.

It's crazy really but that is where we are. Ultimately this will come good, but short term as you say funding maybe be required. But long term this is a good hold.

the sp at these levels is just insane, it really is. just goes to show on aim you really don't invest in companies you just invest in mm's thoughts from one day to the next. it really is a total gamble and one can only hope that the bod and results do the talking.

it's just mayhem, i watched prem do 200% last week based on nothing, i saw he1 basically flat despite what some would say are good results. i saw eua do 200% also even though they have openly admitted they have mothballs operations.

we should not be at 0.1, and unfortunately people selling here are selling at a loss.

i think with rock, nothing is priced in, some news will move it slowly other news faster , having wai on board is a massive plus, drill permits, jorc resources also.

it really is a waiting game. for me 2025 is all or nothing, we have this opportunity , ge, ga, zn , possible metlen interest, next few months is key for me.

get the drill permits , use wai to help firm up what we have then market the **** out of this ( whilst keeping the locals on side of course)

I personally think (and agree) with others on here that patience is the key.

To be fair the fact we do have over 4b shares in issue means we have seen alot of raises, and at somepoint this year we will likely see more, but for me we have to look at the bigger picture, yes for every raise there is MCAP dilution, but I would like to think those raises were not done in vain( other than the Emirates gold venture which we got back the cash).

At every point we have made progress.

Gallium is produced as a byproduct of Aluminum and zinc, we have plenty of Zinc and metlen have bauxite/Aluminum so Gallium is unlikely to attract Melten( unless they can't produce enough of it)

Germanium on the other hand is produced as a by product of Zinc only, which Melten don't have apparently

Clearly I'm not an expert on extraction process, but our Germanium finds our unique. I'm not against Tigers optimism, but also agree with Duster it will take time to firm this up, hence it is a waiting game here.

Germanium is absolutely critical, if we can firm this up within a year or so and provide 100% clarification on what we have grade/ amounts etc, then as long as not insane dilution and we get to say max 5b shares but superb results, then mcap at 50M won't be unreasonable and will be 1p a share. Which most here I feel would accept.

The worst that could happen is dilution with no tangible timelines or progress and 'day to day working capital' , but from the GM the other day I have confidence that won't be the case.

Ps I'm not interested in hearing ' why is the sp down at these levels if all so rosy' those who ask that don't understand how AIM works - it is a gamble to a certain extent, an educated one, but a gamble none the less, it's also an exploration company rodney.

Unfortunately not buddy, think those on the call, More interested in stratergy in the long term and why SP is quite low. So as important as your question is , it's kind of one for medium term , and one I guess should be heard fairly shortly in an rns.

What im trying to say is that there appears to be confidence given RF relationship with locals etc that these permits are coming ,hence didn't want to focus my question on an 'easily' answeable q. My main interest was long term prospects.

As I say a very encouraging GM and one where therr was full engagement, that encouraged me the most.

Nice one cloudy, it really was a massive opportunity to engage the company, only gutted I had to type my questions as for some my reason headphones didn't work, always the way eh.

Bottom line you either want to trade or be a LTH, sure there will be a raise at some point, but LT hold and if you can, you will be rewarded here esp at these levels, of that I am sure, greece is volcanic there are so many minerals. Just takes time.

Fair enough, but what I saw was the senior RF management team all switched on , beckoning questions from the very few who bothered to dial in, they weren't shirking or shying away or desperate to end the call, all questions answered reasonably. I have been on many similar calls with other companies who are not so transparent, one only need to look EUA for example for question dodgers,but as you know best and were on the call, then yeah ok. It's all fake and one big scam, when it happens I will say you called it well, but until then STF up please, no one cares what you have to say.

All resolutions passed within 5 mins then floor for Q&A.

Take away- RF team very confident in the product they have, if I heard right only Germanium mining company in Europe, next 12 months will involve moving inferred to indicated for feasibility study. They are constantly talking to interested counterparties ( but wouldn't go into specifics) , near term SP appreciation will continue by way of firming up results and only Rns'ing what is necessary, DP clear doesn't want to just RNs for sake of it. Whole BoD frustrated with current SP, but they don't make the market, all they can do is continue their work and let the results speak for themselves.

They cannot guarantee every hole will hit zinc, but previous strike rates so good that probability is in our favour, mentioned also about how the whole area of which they have the EL is just one massive mineral resource just waiting for appropriate exploration.

Overall a very positive GM , all members on board and looking forward to the future.

I'm sure there were other snippets I have missed out as wasn't taking detailed notes, but the whole RF team is in unison and working towards share holder value.

To be clear this meeting was about authority to raise if required , around 98% of votes in favour, it is not as some keep saying a guaranteed raise.

But they ask for this authority every year and don't place (imminently) I gave the stats in along ago post, why do people ignore facts and say we are raising? I don't get it.

The reason we are stuck at these levels is cos, a it is close to the last placing price and b I feel many punters hold vast amounts here and are simply not giving them up at these stupid levels. So not much of a market presently.

Sounds like progress to me, identifying different zinc zones, they can only update what they have,and this is ok, goes nicely with the LinkedIn updates too and provides extra clarity.

Slowly but surely RF are building something substantial here imo.

Good news today re Plateau, let's hope we can get a revenue stream going there in the not too distant future , plus with all the positives to come from Molaoi and with one of the recent 47 EU identification plants on our doorstep at metlen on our doorstep , it can only bode well.
