So another week goes by with no updates, has David turned into zippy from rainbow or become a monk, this is becoming a bit annoying now. They do need to give us something and soon IMO, even if it is just an update as to where we are,and what we are waiting on. I have patience no problem , I can wait 10 years if needed but lack of updates is really not helping our cause.

Simple message, if you are too sacred to invest then don't. If you want to invest in a company with long term potential as one that has critical minerals, in safety jurisdiction, a very good board then research and fill your boots.

A raise may or may not come. No one should invest in an aim company thinking that that is not a possibility.

This company is being taken private before your eyes.

Compact already own close to 30% and with the extra authority granted (which it will) will be close to 50- 60%. The premium addition to the SP is just a bait tactic, make it look better than it is. DP is also a director in Compact, so he couldn't give a toss either way

Once this goes through at the EGM , EQT will be a private company At around 0.85. Yes a premium to now, but overall a massive write down for the company's worth.

It's typical on ASX, those who follow HE1 will know this from their tie in with BLue star, they suspend over there for any reason, to stop insider info and leaks from distorting markets.

There is no question that this has the potential to get to that value, we just need a number of pieces to slot into place.

For the record I emailed David this week to enquire about updates, he hasn't responded, which is unusual as he normally does respond in fairly good time.

It could be a good thing, for there really maybe something big going on in the background that requires time and patience to see through, that he cannot divulge on as yet.

Ya i don't disagree, funding will be required, but it can't be the standard lame excuse, we need a clear plan moving forward. Already 4B+ shares in issue and low mcap shows that we should be alot more advanced than we currently are.

We know there is alot to look forward to here, but we need solid details.

I have been a large holder since December and have tried to be positive on this company, I remain positive as still think there is potentially a lot of good things happening in the back ground. But yes the lack of anything on a day by day basis is seeing us just drift further and further down. With no proper updates, one must assume that not much money is being spent surely?

Esp with 2024 raises and money back from failed JV. If they raise at these levels, it will be unforgiveable IMO.

Correct silverlight, at some point we will need to raise cash, yeah, sure no problem with that, but we will see activity here before that happens.

Please can we move away from this whole joint broker = imminent raise. Every AIm BB share I have ever read says the same thing and whilst eventually 'they get it right', they don't quite get that there is alot more to it than that . Seeing as though most raises are forward sold we would surely have to see that volume going through? I'm not talking 5 or 10 mil, talking 1 billion shares going through, as that's only 1 mil GBP based on current mcap.

There is no raise imminent , they do this GM for authority every year.

Hi Gary, and that's fine as long as as it doesn't turn into another HEMO or EQT where consolidation there has proved disastrous. If we consolidate and there is a clear plan moving forward , then I would be supportive.

I just don't want this turning into another PREM.

There can be no more raises at these levels , the BoD must come up with a plan, and not just the predicable placing., with 4.12B shares in issue this would be unacceptable, alot of cash has gone into that amount of shares being issued, It cannot continue.

I can hold indefinitely, hence day to day is no problem, but there can be no more raises.

Hi Duster, think it is an ongoing process to move resource classification from inferred to indicated which is compliant with JORC code and then can allow a feasbility study to commence. I believe they have already started doing this movement, and from the GM last week, this is what they said may take upto a year.

But we shouldn't just be hanging our hat entirley on that as it will take time( so many resources to firm up), as there are clearly many other things going on also and plenty more news to come from different avenues IMO.

Else a TR1 should have been provided, it's all very strange. AIMs do do this , hence why you see unexplained rises from time to to time, they accumulate and dump, so let's see.
