Ouch poor squirrels, but hey this is nuts!
Be honest, I have been trading and watching this share for a couple of years or more!!! It has dropped to 5,00 and risen to 2,000 which to be honest is pretty much 400% profit or 75% loss depending on which way you look at it. I have been hit by both. Great going up and sickening as it falls. Mr. B has just announced a price cut to 8,10 and hold yet a couple of days prior a 1,000 came out with buy..... so what has happened inbetween.
Profits have fallen, last time this was announced the share price was trashed and obviously the new laws on CFDs..... probably because the value of this company is kinda vague. Does it hold large assets, well,ma cxxx loada their own shares which they are still buying (remember they are also taking a hit..... or are they) they do seem to be buying on the lows which no one else seems to be able to get though averaging on the highs. They have said they are going top pay out all profits to share holders which of course they are a major one.
One would be be forgiven to think that possibly the big fall is being instigated by Plus500 themselves as lets face it the more this baby falls the more shares they get to pick up and of course the more of that Divi goes back into the company. Then of course after the divi we see a great rise on the price to 1,000 which means P5 get a nice little earner to back up their cash generating machine.
So I guess my question is ...... ( I for one by the way have no issue with the price collapsing as I too am just waiting for it to bottom out probably in the 7,00s or even 6s again) (no I am not shorting and actually would not know how - any offers on info greatly received). Any back to my question........ Why are they handing back all the money of which the largest chunk is based on share buy back.
1. Because they believe the share price will rise to 2,000 again so will mitigate any losses or reductions in other areas?
2. Protecting themselves from buy out?
3. Planning on going Private again and keeping all the money for themselves?
4 Building up a stockpile of money in shares to use to buy another company?
5. Another reason?
Any offers and admittedly I actually do see this hitting 7 and possibly 6 over next week. Okay maybe 6 far fetched but then so was 5 before from 2,000 if you catch the peaks and troughs you can become a millionaire quickly if you do not (bit like me) you can lose a small fortune..... massive for me but small for many of you guys, I guess)
What do you guys reckon? (by the way a 9 months from now 2,000 again
