RE: HNR ?6 Sep 2019 00:44
Totally agree, but Iodine is very much centred on China, China's economy is on a massive down turn. (and before you say it manufacturing was up last 2 months) I live in China in the centre of the main industries and many are suffering here. It is only up because massive orders are being put in to get the sales through before the new tariffs hit. many orders need three months before delivery. Iodine is an excellent product as it is used in the medical field among others and more uses are being found.
But so is Hemp, hence HNR is selling out on the oil which was its main business and is a cashcow to concentrate on that market, the price of the company is greatly discounted to its real asset value. logically just the oil which is earning more a year than the value of the company on its own with out taking into account the Hemp business which has already started doing business. As IoFina is also in that market the Nitrogen would not be a bad thing at all for Iofina. and to slot the businesses together would advance them considerably and increase both sales and asset value. the only issue that I would see is that HNR is selling Hemp in general ways of usage whereas Iofina is looking purely for medical. but they are still growing and HNR have proven that their Nitrogen has increased yields by 30%, strip out the parts of the business they do not want and sell it off and they will recoup the money they paid and get the Nitrogen and possibly CBD for free. Not sure what there is to push away with a barge pole. the same old gang have been bla bla blaing about RP and HNR but be honest if the company is so bad then why are they still there and not moved on.... seriously! The biggest losers are those trying to force the price down, you heard nothing from them while price was rising then they came out in force at a certain price and trashed the company forcing the price down, also probably pumping money at lower prices to bring price down. that is not RP nor HNR that is just not very nice people. A lot of people have lost money because of them, do you think RP would have left if the share price was still up at 24 or even 30 as was. nothing has changed with the company except they are now making money and have a potential bonanza in their hands...... Iofina have both the money and the expertise to realize that bonanza and cash in on it. so IMHO it would not be a bad thing.
