Yup. A bounce though. And following the laws of physics not quite as high as it fell from.
called it
Understood. Thank you
Why were we fishing for stones? genuine question
That was in response to mannans post not spud
Its realy not as simple as that
spud, so do you think GSPC will fight it or capitulate and either pay or hand over the 55%?
if you think GSPC will allow this without a fight your mad they have sunk a lot into this I cant see them walking away, they also don't seem keen to pay. GSPC have always maintained that oex were at fault and hence why they dont pay.
All 3 support ships are back on station at the PBLJ Anyone in Dubai seem any progress with the AM?
we only need £3m to but them lock stock and barrel, maybe we should have a whip round
I think we end up in box 4
buy buy buy
exactly, they are bitter they put so much money in when Ron was burning it up like fire wood and got nothing out. I dont see the out to this and yet im still here waiting for JS to pull the rabbit out of the hat
or GSPC can put up a legal challange and we stand still while thats resolved

didnt ask, We were advised during the PSC renewal to hold fire on issuing a default. we now have the PSC and so default was issued. The terms of the PSC are that a default on payments means that assets pass to us, he also accepts that GSPC could fight this but feels that the government might actually rule with us as they want projects to move forward and GSPC are not exactly in vogue at the mo BUT he does accept that GSPC could fight it....., his words were the next few months will be very interesting. I asked if we were still committed to Cambay, he said we were but i wasn't blown away with the strength of sentiment and they are actively looking for other assets, they are also sure that there is interest out there to either partner with or take over Cambay if things move farward. Interestingly thought he did say that they were still on speaking terms with GSPC although they were not communicating at the mo as we are waiting to hear back from them on the default. Thats the 2nd time JS has called me, hes very approachable and happy to talk. Im a complete amateur in terms of investment and oilies so I suggest someone who could actually give him a grilling get in touch.
JS is in london next week. He offered to arrange a meeting. I cant but if anyone could you might want to email him.
also guilty, glad to hear its not just me.... between marine traffic and the webcams its actualy quite a powerful tool, im just not sure to what end yet
