I believe they were targeting 2000oz per month by end of 2022.
Even at 1000 oz per month in 2022 wouldd be 12k oz=£22M revenue and around £10M profit for the year, which are amazing numbers when you compare to current MCAP and other junior explorers with no cash flow or proven assets.
Definetly a bit confusing both RNS. Still a small placing so shouldnt be an issue. Knowing that they are funded I wont expect another one for quite some time. GCAT is too undervalued right now whichever way you look at it IMO.
Well executed small placing by the BOD, shows that they are mindful about retail shareholders and shows that major shareholders are happy about the BOD strategy and happy to raise funds for expandion plans of 24k oz gold per annum
With explansion plans now in place and funding sorted, only upside potential from now on. Very Undervalued MCAP IMO.
Reading at VSA independent research broker note:
"The Nayakafuru acquisition has been well
timed with the uptick in sentiment towards Tanzania; sufficient to prompt BHP
to make a US$40m nickel investment. The project provides exciting growth optionality given the impressive hundred gram meter historic intercepts."

I dont understand the disconnect between the mcap of the company and the potential.... There is a deal in place with China for monetizing the blood test for lung cancer, and the company is working towards FDA clearance, so that means USA may be next....
Also I have seen the company has signed a coupled of deals since uplisting at 10p and yet the SP has been going down since then, which seems contradictory?
Fianlly, even in this bear market £7m mcap seems very very low for a biotech company....
Any comments?
A producer and explorer of gold with multiple assets and mining licenses, and with 1.5 m oz of gold resources, being valued as a junior explorer with no assets? At £16m mcap?
5p is definetly not out of the question....IMO
I dont think the market yet understands the magnitude of the deal with China as we should be trading at multiples of current SP. With China sorted and multimillion £ (or even billion) potential to sell the tests, I wouldnt be surprised if NHS or USA is next in line..... IMO, DYOR
Assay results will be the best catalyst for a re-rate, and that is because it will set the lenght of the operations and the potential for profitability at kilimapesa mine and the other recently acquired assets. We could be sniffing some GGP style of re-rate in some months or year. IMO. DYOR
Assets and equipment worth much more that than the MCAP.
Strong agressive expansion plans by the BOD
Revenue and cash produced from mining is put back into the business to improve operations (no dilution or placings )
Great CSR strategy and policies
Multiple propects too look at to expand maiden resource, and one of them to hopefully start producing early next year
Great knowledge and expertise from the BOD of the african market (as some of them have african nationality), and therefore they have better connections
Keep adding...

Highlights:
GCAT is currently valued by the market as an explorer with no assets (£15m mcap), even thought GCAT is mining, producing, exploring and owns 3 mining assets, multiple mining licenses, and 2 drilling rigs.
For a company to have the equipment and production facility at Kilimapesa it would need to spend between $25m to $30million.
Caracal is mining amd producing gold/revenues and puts back that cash into improving the business operation and exploring the newly acquired assets.
No credit so far from the market given to Caracal Gold for the mining, production, and revenues.
"We hope the market starts to wake out of its slumber"
Align research note after Q4 results:
“a Conviction Buy stance and a target price of 2.73p. We are more than happy to confirm our stance.”
