Immediate focus is to build Arapua. Cash will allow us to develop other sites, acquire other assets, or pay dividends, but those decisions havent been made yet
Full mining license we have to show we have an economically viable project. Govt. then gives approval to make an application. Clearly we do have a viable project. We expect to receive their response in Q2, at which stage we are given 12 months to lodge application. We are not fussed to apply, because we must then pay $1 million to vendor of project. We are deferring paying the $1 million.
Trial license has no cap on quantity and it lasts for four years. We are 12 months into that 4 years. We will probably apply for full mining license sometime the middle of this year and receive it the middle of next year. We do want to remove the ambiguity of us not having a license.
Are we expanding drill program? There is no urgency to do it (at Arapua). We may drill a few more holes to confirm the extent of the site and potentially for expansion. Drilling is cheap, tens of thousands of dollars, wont require a placing.
Sergi project is a Potash asset in north of Brazil. Next logical step would be to drill two or three more holes and expand scoping study. Asset is 1000m deep, so drilling is expensive. We will stockpile cash and then make a decision to move further on Sergi.
