Apart from L and G selling I can't seem to see any red flags. They have a mou in place for funding for $8million, someone who will also licence out the product and pay royalties. Possible revenue from the American sale. Institutions who have said they will be interested in offering equity.

They have a product that could possibly be better than Novataris and yes if they have to go to stage 3 that is going to be a longer wait. But I can't see Novataris sitting back and letting them take it to market seeing as it is a $2billion a year revenue.
