Interesting RNS - no more AIM, re denomination in USD at $1.00 level (with a slight loss incurred), relisting on the SFS and apparently we've got USD $150m in pre conversion 1.25p shares? I'm confused. This sounds a little too good to be true? Is it?

is i bought today and paid 1.02 when the price was quoted at 1.10; so per the rest. buy.

1m, £9k buys @0.9p are fairly substantial by our day to day standards.

If I could get money for 1.25p, when it was worth 0.7p and stick it in an ISA and turn a profit on it, I would very much consider doing so. Actually I did. It was called a student loan...

Thank you for your response. Appreciate the point and the fact that its in their interests to limit public interest. Having held for two years I'm very interested to see one of these "compelling opportunities" come into effect. As another poster pointed out, he's building an impressive war chest. Per the limit public interest point, will CRV drift off into silence and boredom sells or are things getting to the point where some much needed energy will be injected into the share?

I appreciate that it seems like the bargain of the century, but I seriously dislike the lack of transparency or updates.

Thank you, I had a sell order on these at 0.85, but it wasn't met despite the price breaching that level. So I was interested to know what the price was like. Sell order withdrawn until things become a bit clearer.

Very interesting choice for a director - not entirely sure that a self confessed adrenaline junkie is exactly what I would be looking for, but he certainly sounds like a very interesting person. The loch in the video is Lochindorb in Morayshire - part of the world I know well from school. I also know a couple of other "Keepers" listed on the page. Time for a phone call perhaps!

My sentiments exactly. Bad experience from HER, BZM, SMDR (now OPHR) and XTR. These losses led me here looking for a company that didn't need to spend a pile of cash on a wild goose chase and thankfully I'm now sitting on a paper profit. Watching closely for developments over the next few days / month. Should be interesting IF and hopefully when we finally hit the radar.

Thanks for your response Karina. The terminology in the GEM statement ("we do not envisage"...issuing at below 1.25) just isnt entirely solid imo. 1.25p would be a great start and I hope that GEM and the 'emerging market' lot come in at that price.

Thank you for your response Steve1848. I am aware of the historical precedent and agree that its highly likely going forward. I also respect the opinions expressed on the board by long term contributors who obviously know the company better than I do. As I said though, I'm always a little bit wary of these types of situations where there is the potential that the PIs get screwed in favour of larger investors.

Hello again, I've read through the RNS and the helpful updates on this board. Can someone explain to me why the placing will not/can not be lower than 1.25p/share. Reading any news about placing I always get a bit concerned, have been stung badly in the past (mainly mining shares). Thank you in advance.

Im 50 pc down on ophr too. I think SMDR would be a logical buy for them as a producer in the right part of the world. Ophr acquired rights to a plot in burma a few months ago which might tie in well with smdrs se asian focus. Nothing to back it up of course just speculation.
