George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Yes teck resources have done quite a bit of work on that particular resource.
As said speculation but an obvious reason why Alan was over there, already an existing relationship with the company, so why not explore the opportunity.
I'm sure we will find out.
ICL I admire your post but at this present time no one is going to buy us out I'm pretty confident about that. Yes we are only 2million market cap, but if you were Martin would you sell after all these years, I just don't think so, the management will be extra determined more than ever to get our tech into production and probably on several mines before they even contemplate selling.
A few mines on board in the next few year and maybe a few million pounds added to MCap then I think you will see an offer, we would have only just touched the surface in the next few years also.
Well after Wednesday bad RNS for us things can only get better.
I penned an email towards Alan yesterday to prompt a responce from him and I am glad to say Alan had the grace for the most comprehensive responce I have had from the company since I started up comms with them about 20month ago. In which I am very grateful.
He was on business this week for Axm in Namibia.
He was very quick to remind me he has no renumeration through Axm and goes above and beyond the call of duty for us as he believes in the technology we have. Drs has taken 6 yrs to get to this stage.
He works hard as does Martin and as said many many times on here before the amount of work that has to go into getting agreements in place for a small company like ours is mind boggling, I have left him in ni doubt what the company need to do from a PR and marketing point of view as he does read the message boards as he appreciates a lot of aim companies are driven by sentiment rather than facts. So whether they will heed that advice I'm uncertain. Things like where he has been this week could very well been tweeted as it get people talking and interested in the business, let me add now I don't know what he has done over there as nothing price sensitive was given as you would expect.
He was very hopeful that individual project updates will of a postive nature will be with us shorthly and a comprehensive interim update with us back end of September.
I have asked the company especially Alan to start engaging with us more frequently and in period of no news there are plenty of companies that successfully tweet in non news periods.
My email prompted a responce from him which I thought it would and instead of a one liner I got something more than I thought I would, it left me in no doubt that the comoany was very disappointed with Accudo news and was out of there hands but as most business professionals they dust themselves off and carrying in working harder, he also wants to get some material return as well as us.
Yes I know only an email but as a result I feel more and more confident that we will start to see a move north in the sp.
Have a great weekend all and hope for some more postive news over the co I got weeks.
Just noticed that buy, which in my opinion bodes well.
I will stick by my assessment and the drop was overdone yesterday.
Think Deep South will be a couple of weeks before announcement get summer holidays out the way things return to a bit more normality in the markets.
Hyperleach update has got to be soon and lithium update in around 7 weeks so still lots to be updated on here, we know they have a European patent to announce also so would expect that buy at 0.11 will do well in the next couple of months.
So not all doom and gloom I expect us over the next 2-3 weeks to get back to where we were at the beginning of yesterday.
Yesterday was certainly a bad day at the office for the company and us.
But considering nothing was priced in from a 0.13-14-15 level, the drop of 22.5% was well overdone as it normally is by the MM.
I expect a bounce at somepoint maybe not today we could well go further down but with good lithium results, multicom and Deep South then I expect a bounce in the next few weeks. Yes I'm down on my investment and Accudo was the initial reason why I invested in here at the beginning. But been in these situations before and panicked only to lose out totally.
People quite rightly are a bit peeved at the moment but as said I think drop was over done IMO and we should regain some losses over the next few weeks.
Not the nicest of RNS.
However, Accudo was important to us, we have to remain confident on the other projects we are working on.
We aren't a one trick pony and thank god for that as otherwise I would be selling, so I'm still optimist on Deep South and multicom although will have to address timescales that much further down the line, I'm sure are time will come but based on that RNS not yet.
Yes I'm very disappointed in this outcome and it's taken so long to get to that announcement, but still remain confident off a turnaround.
I prepared to wait and see what comes out of those and if nothing then obvs will need to have a think off the investment here.
Gutted it's not come off, but as said we are no one trick pony.
All the best chins up.
Ben,
It's a decision you have to take, as said its my own interpretation of this news, that the bond holders selling down its stake in dommo, a field that we have been linked with for the past few months if not longer, now if it is us then to me that shows things are progressing. I'm just a mere pi trying to interpret news best that I can, how long it's going to take I haven't got a scooby, I know people have said if no news by September then that is it for them.only you can make that decision, personally I feel with this bit of news then it's fair to say things are progressing with the deal, how soon this will happen, is down to the company and whether you or others have the stomach to wait it out.
I've waited this long and I have made my decision based on all the info out there. It could be weeks or it could be a couple of months, that is the difficult in investing as we just don't know what is going on behind the scenes.
This is why I and others regularly contact the company pressing for clearer comms.
Whatever you decide to do good luck.
Thanks lod,
This to me is a very good sign, as this wouldn't have happened IMO if the bond holders hadn't agreed a price with another party, the question is, is the other party us and the consortium. I am sure we will find out in short order.
So of you believe the other part is us then my guessing you haven't got long to find out, and if the talk of a potential suspension then it's a decision all investors are going to have to make and I assume very quickly, so if you are currently out then you miss the first significant rise, if you are in then could be a potentially massive windfall.
I think it's decision time for a lot of investors but do your own research only invest what you can afford too, if suspension happens ( it might not ) is this going to put you under financial strain until suspension has lifted, lots to think about so as always be careful in your decisions you take.
Yes I believe it is going to happen but don't just listen to me, in all said and done only you have the responsiblity to invest your own money.
Those dots are getting bigger Sharelock.
I take that news as things are progressing at pace, it has been touted over the past months that it is us in for the hammerhead, so if this is the case then it's another leap forward towards announcement.

Things starting to happen
Next few weeks are going to be interesting to see IMO.
I think we will be in for the much awaited news rich period.
The company re recent comms are spelling it out to all of us with key words and phrases, your decision is to decipher the message do you believe what they are saying or not.
Also look at our major shareholder who has been here for 8/9 years and stuck by the company through thick and thin, he keeps adding, now he is either an absolute barmcake for adding or more to the point a very savvy businessman who sees the bigger picture.
More and more LTH keep adding why do you think this is happening??
Free float of shares is diminishing and although I would assume some profit taking will take place around the announcement a large percentage will remain in these LTH pots for some years to come.
Me thinks it's getting to crunch time. Prepare your positions with what you can afford, it might be the best thing you have done in a while. We have been patient I'm sure we can wait a little long for what's to come.
Agree with all the posts, it's a very exciting time to be invested here, it appears everything is coming together. As stated yesterday the key for me was devco tweeting I take this as a big sign of what is to come.
The art of investing is patience, I think we have mastered that art well the LTH holders have anyway.
We go from an aim minnow to a producer immediately is that 14 m MCap really going to what we are valued at after announcement I don't think so.
Your money your choice but you have t got long to decide.
Potter,
6.6 is a good holding 2020 we could very well get 10p £660k nothing to be sniffed at.
It's only 1yr 5months away.
LT,
5.3% now that is confidence for you.
You are going to be one happy LT possibly in short order.
All the best
Certainly upside, I'm thinking from mid September onwards could be sooner we will get a good run in the sp.
This is no one trick pony.
You need patience to invest properly especially in the AIM market.
LTH although frustrating at times can see the bigger picture and not unduly worried about fluctuations of sp.
Not even bothered about big sells, people buy and sell for their own motivations at the time some will buy wanting immediate returns and when that return is not forthcoming over a week or two they decide to chase elsewhere. As said the other day we will get initial rise hopefully between now and Christmas, then it will be stable again, then the real gains I believe will be 2020/21.
So get in now take profit when it comes and leave the rest to increase in value from there on in.
The key for me about all these tweets is the fact devco have finally started to tweet which I believe is highly significant,
Although Simon has involvement he doesn't control the devco Twitter account so when they tweet I would think deal time is getting closer.
Well hopefully this important consultant has landed something nice.
Moboto,
Deep South are not behind schedule at all, I've been in contact with them over the past couple of weeks everything is going to plan, so stop scaremongering.
Accudo imo, we would have been told by now if this was a non starter they who'd have known a few months if there was no chance of getting the appropriate finance for the project. These are very complex financial negotiations that will require vendor finance and non recourse lending I would suggest. So no news on Accudo is good news at this present.
Next news on Accudo I should imagine will be good news for all of us.
Now if people are selling it is for their own reason, maybe they see lithium as the big news which is not until end October, trillsg has said it the timeframe will be from WAI I again wouldn't have thought there would be a problem with labs etc so this will be in October.
Deep South 3-4 weeks
Hyper leach testing I'm hopeful we will get an update in the next couple.
I wouldn't worry too much about people selling if they can't be a little more patient then they will miss out its simple.
So much to look forward to here
Quite apt T word 4 letters or 5 letters as a collective.
As long as its leach able rubbish.lol
Currently on 42 million between the 2 accounts.
So another 14 million is the aim, maybe more, in most cases it doesn't pan out like that but here's hoping as said not concerned and if news lands here before the other one then so be it, it is what it is.
I would say this over the next 3 months will move quite significantly.
