James, multinational in the sence of buying us out not on there radar until proof of concept that tech can work and be a viable option on a large scale.production basis.
This is why it's crucial to the company that one of these 3 if not all agree. Then they will be watching closely on how it performs then once they are confident in its use then we might get some interest until then we wait.
As said the mining industry is very conservative in its thinking so only once proven will more companies want to be apart of it, that's my opinion of course and I could be totally wrong unless one of them wants to take a gamble.
My thought though Martin will not want to let it go on the cheap after years, he will want to maximise returns the best he can. Next few month in my view are critical for the future of the company. One deal is all it takes then we are talking a whole different company. But it will take time to get the sp to where we all want it to be.
It's going to be very much dependant on the market reaction and then driven by sentiment, if the market is favourable from the onset then it should unlock value on other projects and the likelihood if it works on one it should work on another. Shareholders like us should reap the benefit from being invested at early stage development, most PI invested now will not be here in 2-5 years as most would have made what they want.
That's why most will take profit before it's gone huge. It a fear factor for most of made massive gains then nobody wants to lose that money. So at different levels their is new money that will be invested, some will have it on a watchlist from 0.5,1p etc. It's appetite for risk.
What Martin and clegg have done is put agreements in place, Accudo largely out of of our hands, as most of the others, so it becomes a waiting game from here in. But the amount of time Accudo have put into this I would assume they are very keen to get it over the line. I would have thought it would have been shelved months ago if it wasn't a viable option.
ICL lets get the first few deals signed sealed delivered first.
AIM is a funny old world, depends how the market react to the deal but should be favourable. Personally don't see a takeover for another few years if I'm honest with you. I dint think we will be on anyone's radar just at the minute.
However if we do get to that nice 10p figure , I have no doubt institional investors will get involved.
I'll be posting more, as it's coming to a very quiet period for my business. Plus like you Accudo is the initial key to unlocking the potential here. Obvs since I last posted other developement has come to the fore.
Personally I'm not too bothered in regards to the figures and actual details at this moment in time those can be really scrutinised down the line although important over all for the business for me the most important aspect right now is the proof of concept, once that has been secured then we can all analyse figures to our hearts content.
A massive amount of DD will have been done for Accudo deal to come off, and that will be Axm first revenue stream. Given the length of time it has taken I believe we are nearing the ball park of Accudo securing the funds they need.
This is why Accudo is massive news for us.
However saying that other things like Deep South and Multicom have now come into play, which will hopefully create the perfect storm for a prolonged period of blue.
A different type of investor will be invested here if the sp went to 10p.
The technology will be proven to work on a larger scale, the sp will be less volatile, it wouldnt surprise me that institional investor would get involved at that level.
I would say it would be still cheap at 10p
The first deal for AXM will be huge for the company, I think once this has been secured then this will unlock value for the other projects that they are working in right now. We can look at the figures from each mine, but this is AIM, i am going to assume the initial rise will be based in the deal but also sentiment will create momentum in the sp, as even after the first announcement it has a long way to go.
Like most I would plan to take profit, but leave a large majority for years to come. Who knows where it will be in 2-5 yrs time but my guessing will be a long way north of where we are now.
That was me to take me back to 30mil.
I am waiting in some funds over the next month or so I will add again if not too late but very happy with my holding here.
It's looking good here, not commented for a while, but with so much going on in the background this will take off hopefully in the next 2-3 months. I am surprised Accudo has taken this long to get its financial funding sorted but remain confident that this will happen. Hopefully we will get to know either this week or next re Deep South which should bring some upside to the sp. then multicom, I would hope all these will be confirmed this year, so I fully expect if all is announced the sp will be significantly greater. Plus further updates on other projects this is so undervalued.
Looking forward to the next few months ahead.
I had held 40million but now hold 30million as I had to re jig finances earlier this year, but I hope in the next couple of weeks to be able to add more to the pot.
All the best and hopefully enjoy the ride my target by end of the year is between 1-2p anything more will be great.
I believe he is back in today.
Cheers last,
I second what you say about Simon also.
I think things are about to get really interesting in here, I hope for next week and onwards and agree we will get away from this low level, after all once announced we will be a producer.
All the best for your investment also.
yes, I will take what seadog says but also think that is conservative on this projected deal, certainty one worth waiting for. Last wow 67.5 million now me thinks you are going to happy chap when deal gets over the line.
All post deleted today,
So LTH are not allowed to discuss the potential of projects anymore,
Joke it really is, for months you have let the trolls run riot on here.
I take ithis is a great sign and LTH are going to be proven right all along.
Deal incoming then.
I was going to start posting more this week, now it's a bit quieter re work, but not going to keep wasting time writing posts that will be deleted, once Lse sort there **** out, will start posting more
Still here still confident,
Agreed seadog, the rerate will be exceptional, and that is just on the one field, never mind the 2 in the North Sea, which given the size of the one iwe are discussing in Brazil at the moment this really should signal the intentions of the consortium we are going after large fields to manage.
I also believe that once the Brazil deal is concluded it will unlock value from other projects we are working on. We should get momentum in the sp, IIs investing for the future longivety of the strategy.
It's certainly an exciting time to be invested so 0.85 will be a snip and is so undervalued.
Remember we go straight into production, on annoucment no need to wait for explorations or flow rates, so from nothing to 7000 bopd is a significant difference, with probably plans to increase production to double or even treble and maybe more over the next couple of years.
This is where the MF strategy comes into its own and where us as LTH benefit.
Not entirely sure, but it's not a new rumour, someone posted last year.
But with the confirmation from the company about Brazil etc..then people, doing research about potential fields we are going after, it's quite easy to assume this fits the bill, and plenty of info about the companies struggles, then this could well be a viable field in play.
I would say if this was the field then we are in for some fireworks in the not too distant future.
It the name of the field in translation.
Well it fits into the MF strategy nicely.
Many thanks seadog, that would be a great transformational base to work from,
As Sharelock says also I would imagine they would be looking to increase the production, lowering the cost.
That would be some deal, and imagine if we got more in the farm in. Then add GH into the mix.
Sea dog, I know your good with numbers and maths unlike some on this BB.LOL You know who you are.
If this was to be the field and based on 50% farm in at current bopd. What's the figure re sp that we could expect.
Only 7000,
From zero to only 7000 I think we will take that right at this moment. It will be worth millions on our MCAP.
At the present it just doing over 7000-7500 bopd so imagine what that will do to the sp if this is to be the field.
I would think they would want to ramp the production up also. Big money to be made if true.
