Been a long haul hemms. Final hurdle is the equity funding. 9 months then production the 10th. Currently looking the other way as the sp dips again. No volume. Drip.drip.drip. Cash flush at 15 plus against usd.

if you take 30m usd at 14 rand and raise equity at 8 rand. that will add roughly 50m shares to mcmining pool. so the total would be around 200m shares in circulation of which 78 percent is owned by ii.
i do support your view that it will be an ii that take up these shares and i do believe it will be off market . once the mine start produce and at conservative numbers if we follow guidance then the phase 1 could easily produce 2billion rand turnover per annum at current prices and rand exchange. these are back of a box calculations but gives you an idea how robust the returns are compared to the shares in circulation even after equity raise. probably fair to assume we would raise equity at more or less the same number as consolidation. (ie around 8 rand). next year this time mc mining is producing . only phase 2 to follow and we would probably have enough cash in 2022/23 to fund fase 2 . then more of a robust return and only 200m shares in circa. makes the current sp a bargain of note

Are to be believed then we should get news in a fortnight latest and the sp should react. I believe the dilution will be off market and that the float available for trading would still be limited. Time is now. Hope the wait was worth it...

the limpopo company own vele.......an all in house vertically integrated operation using a big international to market the finished product until the sez starts and by doing this owning the whole process. worth the dilution. excited

For the life of me i dont understand why the sp is falling on jse. Another 10% today to 760 down from 1300 just the other day and with a lot more detail in the market ( and its positive detail)

78% is ii. Almost 50% chinese. A downgrade would probably suit this company as it will take the rand to 16.plus levels which will make it more prosperous. There is a serious seller on jse and is selling as the bids land. I know it is thin volume but the sp is going the wrong way. Is it the dilution perhaps? Surely the funding and equity raise compared to potential income is very fair and with offtakes and end 2020 the product is being sold.? I dont get it? Any ideas

Beyond belief.....what more do the market want? Also the special economic zone not included and will add a lot of value....

I dont think the results to 6months can be great with all the uitkomst transition issues. But surely there would be some visibility regarding makhado....and surely only good to come all be it a lot slower than originally expected

Dont for the life of me understand , after all this time and at the end of a successfull turnaround and fantastic blue skyes, you would want to sell out here at this stage.....could only be traders unfamiliar with the company fundamentals. Now is certainly not the time to loose patience

I dont know what the financing entails so i was trying to say we will here the detail after the board meeting and could be either or anything ie debt. Shares. Offtakes. I did not state it as fact . Apologies if you read it as fact.

hi boz. jip been a long wait but we are
1 very very busy with the feeed process.
2 developing a very good relationship with absa bank (
which seem bullish on financing in sa mining sector overall)
3 planning construction of makhado latest 3rd quarter 2019.
talking to the company 2 days ago while db is at mining indaba in cape town i got the impression all will be communicated after the march boardmeeting probably towards the end of march or early april. will hopefully include finance details which would include offtakes,banks,share dilution?, ectectect.
until then it will be quiet and people in the know will use this quiet time to work the sp down and i am sitting ready to pick some up when it does get worked down.
there is many positives coming out at the indaba and i do think the macros are lined up for mcz if you get makhado going, then sez, then vele, then gsp...... almost there
