Agree with you that nothing has changed. There are however third parties involved like government and as i understand it these processes take longer than anticipated or expected. The problem is that untill there are confirmation on a sens level the buyers will stay away. Sp will keep on leaking. Value destruction.

Selling continues and no buyers in sight. Downward trend very much confirmed now that it broke through 450.

You will need huge volumes for days if not weeks and the sp to increase with these volumes in order to break the downward trend.

Agreed hemms but small float of shares available to trade and the majority of this small float is cashing out disregarding the value of theiir selling. The good news must come and it must come soon

The timing of the seller imo is in sync with the over billion rand write off of vele. He knew... In all fairness it is a massive write off and the cap of the mcm is now 200m usd. 140m odd shares available... Now from here surely all the bad news is priced in and none of the current developments are considered. Cash position ok and no significant debt. Who knows when the big money will move in but i think it is fair to say that surely it cant go much lower for much longer. its the 6 months ending 31 december. no surprises expected only improvement from december 2016 interems.!! the land claim should not give you sleepless nights. local and national government all in on makhado development. we have had our fair share of bad news for the last 60 months so i am confident, but for one or two small issues, we are going to see good news for the next 60! also think we will use the 31 december 2017 interems as one of many references for funding so they should be solid for us seen in the context of the last 60 months

Its a historical land claim . As soon as the process get finalized by our dear government institutions then we can go ahead and acquire the land from them. That is how i understand it. As i understand this is imminent

we are going to expand uitkomst. the north side of the mine has plenty of good stuff and due diligence are performed (completion end of year) and applications will follow to expand the mine. this itself is exciting because you get a 'second' cga without paying for one (apart from regulatory stuff).infrastructure, processing, ectect all there already!!! once again a masterstroke from a very good ceo. that is why uitkomst was such a good buy! now take the vele cash and we have a nice kitty towards makhado and lesser finance and lesser note and dilution prospects when financing makhado. really need this land access to be finalized now. i really dont understand why there are sellers at these levels on jse. strong rand may supress uitkomst results for last few months but hopefully the treatment and processing part make up for it. exciting few months ahead!
