After yesterday's RNS it is a shame the year end results up to September 24 came on an RNS today.

A lot of misunderstanding and people trying to say the statements made when the year end documents were written are the current situation.

This is not the fact.

The cash balance of £20k was September

The statement about future funding was based on the position in September.

After the year end there was a placement in November.

This is being used to try and prevent future funding from placings being required.

Yesterday's RNS is much more important and worthy of a re-read.

Yes, there may be another placement, but it is not guaranteed and they are trying to ensure it's not going to happen.

I truly believe that more news is coming. And the current SP will rise substantially over the next month.

I truly believe that if this hadn't opened down it would have actually been a blue day today.

By opening this 20% down it causes fear that sees a sell off by holders who misinterpret the RNS and read the posts of people here lying about the current cash position.

This caused a further dip. But gave great buying opportunity to those who can see the potential here.

Now it's recovered back to the open value and may well end closer to yesterday's close price.

But if it had opened even there wouldn't have been the dip on fear and uncertainty, so it could have stayed even and seen a push up as people took the time to actually understand the RNS.

It's ashame the market works this way, but those MMs have to make their cut.

The Mcap here is sooo low that the potential is huge.

The £20k was the figure at the end of September.

Since then the raise has increased this.

Today's RNS will have been planned for a while, it takes a long time from submitting all the year end information before it is released to the market.

The timing is just unfortunate and people are not interrupting it well.

Cash position, and Future funding comments are as at September 2024. Not today.

The November raise may be the last one needed.

Yesterday's RNS is much more appropriate for the current situation, and it's just shame they didn't come the other way around.

This will get very interesting when the next bit of news comes.

And in my opinion that will blow the roof off and will not be a placing.

The RNS today is referring to cash balances at September, before the November raise.

This is the same for the statements made about future funding.

These are written a while ago and then they take months before finally released.

They have added a note regarding post period updates which mentions the November raise.

They may still need funding, but they could also make it to the next stage after the November raise.

This confirms my belief that there are some old investors who are still pretty active.

Sorry for your losses here, but the potential from current market cap / share price is still here for people coming in now.

An average of 0.02 is a lot different to those that have been in more than a year.

As with a lot of AIM companies, there's a lot of rampers and derampers, which may be around to P&D, or try and get a better exit on a short.

But there's also a lot of people who have been in companies for a long time, seen a lot of dilution and are bitter as they will never make their investment back.

This is a shame, but happens a lot on AIM. And hopefully some of your other investments will have done well.

But what I don't understand is why some of you are still here just berating a company again and again when there's a good chance new investors could actually make some profit from the current market value as more news comes out.

So ZYX098, Bubblepoint, Cynderlad, I'm interested to know, why are you here? Are you long term bitter investors? Short term shorters? Heroes trying to stop others losing money?

Anyone investing should be doing their own research and making a balanced decision about the risk.

This has risk, but also potential from the current price.

It's ashame to see such a toxic board here, although it's similar across a lot of this site.

It's not surprising considering the history of failure here and the constant reduction in SP.

Todays RNS though, does give some positive news though, and for those that are in at a low value over this last 12pm the they could see some good gains.

Not sure it will spike as high as it did a few months ago, but you never know.

The Mcap is very low here, and could easily spike if there's good momentum.
