Any rumours on when the decisions from the court cases will be. Would be nice to go up to 20/30p in anticipation and then £1 on the win announcements

Well I thought it may have been a quick suspend, get some great news to cover the going concern, release the accounts and have a big rise on the news released...

But now it's taking a lot longer I'm starting to think it is indeed the final nail in the coffin and we are unlikely to come out of this one...

Hope I'm wrong as still got some of these I'd like to get something from.

Very low Mcap.

Any positive news could be transformational here.

There's a lot of burnt investors here and that's easy to see from posts of people who just want others to burn as well.

There's not much here arm, but there is a chance of an amazing rise from the current level.

I hope all buyers see a great return.

I hope shorters fail. ( they should never have allowed short sellers on the market).

Good news today or Monday morning could easily see a rise similar to July last year over the next week.

People are just very impatient.

Fact is, the first case was won, and the second is nearly a copy paste for higher values.

This could see a much faster decision than the previous one.

There could also be a settlement for both this and the third case.

Now seems a great time to buy before the decision is announced.

I don't think I'll ever understand this market.

If you were planning to sell on news why would you wait until they drop it with the RNS release??

I swear the MMs do these fake drops on an RNS to create panic sells and get stop losses.

Unfortunately a lot of the time the shares never reach their fair value because of it.

I feel sorry for anyone that has been hit today here.

This really should have gone up with that news.

Shares in issue = ~1.72bn

Share price = 0.56p

Mcap =~ £9.6m

£7m in the bank from a very recent funding.

These buyers aren't looking to sell at 10-30%

They will be looking for much bigger gains.

Great news today and well on track to see a great rise from here with no funding needs.

I'm expecting some continued news flow now.

Mcap could easily see £20m, £30m, £50m and more with good news.

If you brought today at 0.7 or even 0.8 don't fret. Don't listen to Scarlet Scaremonger.

Just do your own research and make your own choices.

In my opinion this will be steadily climbing and probably have a few more spikes and dips as well.

Mosman was my first trade and it burnt badly, as I got in around 20p and when it spiked up to 50p I couldn't sell before it plummeted again...

Not using that broker now.

Hope that investors here can see a healthy return from the current price.

Pretty quiet here now.

With a Mcap hovering around £1m this still looks like a great opportunity for multibags if some good news comes.

When do people think news flow will come?

What value do people see this reaching if that news is good?

It's a bit annoying to have the placing now as everything looked like it was pointing towards an agreement being settled, but that seems to be a little further out now, otherwise I'm not sure directors should have been able to buy...

But the fact that directors are taking the opportunity to buy substantial shares at this level is interesting.

They must be extremely confident with the case and fully expecting a huge payout that will mean big dividends later this year.

If you're in, I say hold. In my opinion.

Looks like there will probably be news in a couple months based on the Tuesday RNS.

But news of agreements could come anytime.

I feel they raised what they believe will get them to a place in time when no more raises will be needed.

I think you mean £ not $...

That's a long way away, not impossible, but highly unlikely.

However Mcaps of £10m + aren't hard to get to with the right news and momentum.

Hope you guys can average down a bit and see a return soon.
